~Sew Happy to be back~Today I finally am sewing a blazer!! I have been wanting to make one for a while and struggled to find a good pattern for it. Today I am using fabric from ‪@FabricMartFabric‬ and Simplicity pattern S8844! I used this plaid houndstooth fabric to make this cute 60/70's inspired blazer. I went with a size 12 and sized portions down to better fit my sizing. There is no stretch with this fabric as well, which worked well for the blazer. In addition, I used sew in interfacing to give it structure. I like how it turned out, and can't wait to wear it for different occasions!
