This was the first song I’ve heard from them in years. Definitely a great song; looking forward to their next album

Even though this leans toward radio rock, I love it. They have a song that they’d been playing on tour that’s pretty heavy though. So I’m excited to hear that one.

Keep going strong boys :). NH metalcore fan here and I've been watching your reacts from the start. Good job pushing out content even through the quarantine.

Really like Ryan's clean vocals in this song!
Ps: could you guys do a reaction to the new Trivium's "what the dead men say"?

I’m curious on what you guys think, what do you think the main challenge is with creating a stand out/unique sound? One band that stands out to me is veil of maya, it feels different in a few ways but it’s all ways the meld together so well. Just curious on your guys’s thoughts

That’s a tough one to answer. For me (Richard), I usually notice guitar tones and there are always little nuances that makes them THEM. Like Emmure, the vocal styles and the heaviness; Veil of Maya has their tone; Dealer has those effects. I don’t think bands necessarily need to have their own sound to succeed. It stands out, yes, but if a song is good, then it’s good! 🙂

We’ve tried Discord. It’s fine, but we like Stream Yard! Richard was just having internet issues, we think.

So? You want more cursing? Thats not what makes a song. Plus they are a christian band. They arent gonna be pumping out "im gonna kill everyone and hail satan" type of songs.

ImmortalAlvah lol that’s not what I meant by that. I could care less about cussing or the hail satan bands. What I meant is that, It is very poppy sounding rock ala Papa Roach, Shinedown, Nickleback, etc. It definitely isn’t “American Metalcore” like it says on the back of my Fit for a King hoodie that I bought at the last concert that I went to.
