No the measurements are different because it's an over head you will have to measure from the forehead to the floor and for the arms the top of the head to the wrist

I cut a slit not the whole face until everything is cut out and open it up

Sorry I was asking for a child size overhead how many inches of fabric would we add for the back of the garment. For adult it’s 10 inches
I add 8-10 inches for children as well, start with 10 then try it on the child and go from there
