Since it's quite hard to sing a song like this along with pretty exhausting choreography, apparently they practiced their vocals by singing LOCO LOCO on a treadmill. That's a pretty daunting but effective way to hone your skills, and it shows they nailed this! :)

They actually did do that. There was a 4 episode documentary about their preparation for Eurovision, including the part you mentioned, they also trained to sing while jumping on boxes in the gym etc.. Quite loco loco, but yeah these girls are just amazing! So glad they remained friends after disbanding

If you seriously think that the recorded versions of the (pop) songs you listen to are better than the live ones, then you're listening to the wrong singers.
The amount of editing they do in the recorded versions just changes everything.
Personally, I don't listen to recorded versions because of that.
