I think Cake began to understand his love for Eiw once he knew that his father had been promoted overseas because he realized that he couldn't be separated from Eiw. The kissing incident gave him a reason to endure the pain while he waits for time to pass. At least, that's my theory 😳

I don't know why this series is still underrated... Just because there's no kisses or 18+ content? Seriously guys! This series holds so many emotions. worth watching. Story was awesome and cast acting skill is top notch.... One of the Best series of the year ❤️
I love 18+ series sometimes ( love in the air is one of my fav), but most of my favorites series is more like this one. The more innocent type. With sweet moments. I'm a romantic type, so I think maybe that's why 🤭😂

What a loss for those who are not watching this series! Everything about this series is so well done, the story, the script, the color palette, the cinematography, and of course the acting, the way Santa and Earth portrayed their characters is oustanding💯✨
I wish I had not found this series..like many other...it is also not pure...eiw is weak and the innocence of his love is gone in today's episode... whatever happens later is just succumbing to his own family situation,his weakness and dependency on strong partner...
The emotions in Eiw's face when Pao said that Cake was a player back in America were so real. You can clearly see how he goes from disapointment to sadness and finally resignment.
I laughed way too hard at the siblings fight 😂 Cream reporting everything Cake did in America to Eiw, and Cake not being able to sleep cause he felt guilty and felt the need to explain himself was way too cute. My heart is happy at the progress so far 😊

It so adorable how Cake is so happy to return and all he think is to see Eiw. His excitement and smile is so precious. Their hug and Cake having tears, such a nice moment. Is it just me or Cake understood, the moment he saw Eiw at the bus station and hugged him, that he was in love? "- I will answer you every time you call out my name. - Could you please stay and answer me like this forever? Don't go anywhere ever again. - Sure. I'm not going anywhere. - Promise? - Promise." Awww. That was so wholesome. The way Cake felt so proud and had a little smile when he saw that Eiw had friends and seemed happy, it was so wholesome. Tal understood that Cake and Eiw has something really strong and that he have no chance. Cake is in love. He's jealous of Tal, he want Eiw to care for him, the fact that he made sure to clear what Cream said about Ella, that shows he cares about what Eiw thinks and he don't want him to think he's playing with girls or have interests in someone. He want to show to Eiw that he's the only one. He's afraid of the idea of Eiw finding someone and that it will be too late for him. That the 4 years they spent away might have change their bond, that he will lose the bond they have, it must be hard for Cake. Love how they showed Cake emotions. It was well done. I really liked this episode.
Cake has probably realized his feelings for Eiw while he was away, I'm pretty sure he knows he's in love with Eiw. He's happy for Eiw but I guess seeing him doing just fine without him must be very sad. I feel like Cake missed Eiw more that we can imagine and seeing Eiw living his life just probably made him think that Eiw didn't miss him as much? Can't wait for next week, I really don't wanna see Cake cry so I hope they reconcile in the same episode
I agree that it must have been harder for Cake than he ever implied. Being in a different country, adjusting to a different culture, eating different food, communicating in a different language... those are all scary/daunting things specially at such a young age. Being confident and outgoing will only take you so far. There's no place like home. And being away from your lifelong friend. Hectic! I think Cake appreciated Eiw's emails way more than he ever let on.

IKR. But it has something new added to it. Could be the fact that they're no more their old teenage selves. They've matured and so have their feelings towards each other. It just looks like their bond has leveled up as they grew. The reunion after 4years must have also made it stronger and more evident to them, especially to Cake. He seems to be more aware of his feelings now unlike before..

I just can't stop praising their acting skills. It always seems so naturally brought out of them. The script is well written and everything about the series is well thought out. Nothing is rushed anywhere and we can also see them improving more into the sequence. I'm so happy that I didn't miss out on this one. And the wait till the next ep is just bittersweet ❤️
my gosh I loved this episode, they are so cute together and Cake crying while hugging Eiw got me sobbing. I also loved the scene in bed when Cake opened his arms to cuddle Eiw, adorable 🥺 Santa looks sooo good with his new haircut I'm obsessed
What made me happy the most is cake’s jealousy, he’s finally understanding he wants eiw not like a brother, but like his boyfriend. The way he is both happy and sad because eiw grew up and can take care of himself was so self satisfying, even though I really want them to express their feelings for each other, I want cake to know he love’s eiw with all his soul and heart, I want cake to server for eiw, I want him to feel what eiw felt when cake was flirting around with girls, I want him to know that he can’t even breathe without eiw, I want him to cry himself to sleep the way eiw did, then fight for eiw, I want him to feel the insecurity he made eiw feel back in high school. Before eiw accept his love, I want cake to taste his own medicine, what made me happy the most was when cake was irritated with eiw for constantly being in his phone, and getting a long with tal, i loved how it bothered him eiw to be around with tal, I want him to know eiw is someone to be fought for not someone he can easily get.
This episode was really heart warming and I cannot wait for them to confess and finally accept each other. I’m not sure I can cope until next Friday for episode 11. I hate to see them arguing but hope it finally leads to them being a couple. After 12 weeks I really want to see them confess to each other. Cake (or Santa) is so convincing as an actor. His body language, the expression in his eyes, the tone of his voice, it’s all very convincing and how I’d imagine someone would act given the circumstances. I never question his reactions or expressions. It helps that the script has been written well but the dialogue is delivered so fluidly and naturally by the leads too. Sometimes the acting alone fills the gaps where the words don’t. I say this every week but his acting really impresses me. They have a great cast and Earth is great too but something about Santa really stands out. I look forward to seeing how his career progresses.
Given the opportunity Santa has a great acting career, he's a born natural, he feeds off those around him especially Earth, who we know he adores anyway.

Cake definitely knows his feelings, the way he had to make sure there were no misunderstanding about the "girlfriends" in America, the fact he made sure to tell Eiw he dated no one while being there ( also implying he probably realized his feelings years ago, I think Eiw s kiss during their goodbyes might have trigger something). Sadly next week realising that Eiw did better without him than with him, maybe feeling that he is no good for him....

IKR. But it has something new added to it. Could be the fact that they're no more their old teenage selves. They've matured and so have their feelings towards each other. I just can't stop praising their acting skills. It always seems so naturally brought out of them. The script is well written and everything about the series is well thought out. Nothing is rushed anywhere and we can also see them improving more into the sequence. I'm so happy that I didn't miss out on this one. And the wait till the next ep is just bittersweet ❤️

What made me happy the most is cake’s jealousy, he’s finally understanding he wants eiw not like a brother, but like his boyfriend.
The way he is both happy and sad because eiw grew up and can take care of himself was so self satisfying, even though I really want them to express their feelings for each other, I want cake to know he love’s eiw with all his soul and heart, I want cake to server for eiw, I want him to feel what eiw felt when cake was flirting around with girls, I want him to know that he can’t even breathe without eiw, I want him to cry himself to sleep the way eiw did, then fight for eiw, I want him to feel the insecurity he made eiw feel back in high school. Before eiw accept his love, I want cake to taste his own medicine, what made me happy the most was when cake was irritated with eiw for constantly being in his phone, and getting a long with tal, i loved how it bothered him eiw to be around with tal, I want him to know eiw is someone to be fought for not someone he can easily get.
This episode was really heart warming and I cannot wait for them to confess and finally accept each other. I’m not sure I can cope until next Friday for episode 11. I hate to see them arguing but hope it finally leads to them being a couple. After 12 weeks I really want to see them confess to each other.
Cake (or Santa) is so convincing as an actor. His body language, the expression in his eyes, the tone of his voice, it’s all very convincing and how I’d imagine someone would act given the circumstances. I never question his reactions or expressions. It helps that the script has been written well but the dialogue is delivered so fluidly and naturally by the leads too. Sometimes the acting alone fills the gaps where the words don’t.
I say this every week but his acting really impresses me. They have a great cast and Earth is great too but something about Santa really stands out. I look forward to seeing how his career progresses.
Given the opportunity Santa has a great acting career, he's a born natural, he feeds off those around him especially Earth, who we know he adores anyway.
