Great review, we are there now, yes we brought all the food we will need and put my bike in the van, so little shelling out for extras. Another extra to remember is a couple of small extension leads, as a lot of the sockets are singles!
Hi Carla, great review. You mentioned you used to go to Haven. How would you compare Haven vs Centre Parcs? Obviously Centre Parks is much more expensive but is it worth it?
I personally prefer Haven. I find center parcs great for families that love the outdoors, we aren't really the outdoor type. Haven is great and much cheaper
We are doing CP near the lakes our first time hopefully been December there will be less vegans driving teslas there. If this is the case we should have a good time.
TOP TIP: Don't go to Center Parcs, go to Haven instead at least you can park at your accommodation. Also the food prices are much cheaper and you won't need a mortgage to eat out. If you have difficulty walking around forget it, expect to bike or walk for miles to get anywhere.
Lake District has wonderful towns and villages, wonderful nature and views and so many walks, even for the little ones, you've got to be mental to go to Center Park
You’ve obviously never been. Center Parcs is it’s own little bubble. Safe, welcoming, comfortable. No cars allowed on the roads (great for kids on their bikes and not having to worry!) Fantastic indoor water park, sports activities, water sports, top tier spa, restaurants or self catering. All on your door step. This center parcs is also a nature reserve for red squirrels. You can’t have an opinion if you haven’t been. Try it first and then make your mind up.

Is there entertainment on at nights? What do you get up to in the evenings? Or would it just be time in the lodge? Thanks 😊
Yes just after covid there wasn't but this time there was a bit of a disco for the kids xxx
Was the lodge you had this year still an executive or just the new style woodland? I’m trying to decide if it’s worth paying the extra x
To be honest we have done both and I didn't notice a big difference at all xxxx
@@mybump2baby phew… I booked the cheaper one 😂, thanks for reply xxx
