The light flicking in your video is the banding issue, it is happened because the anti banding settings in the camera is not match with Thailand electricity systems. In Thailand we use PAL(50hz), whereas in US or most of the countries in Europe uses NTSC(60hz). So if you want to eliminate the light flickering, just change the anti banding settings to 50hz.
I like “Pad See Eaw Moo” Eazy Go brand from 7/11. It is stir-fried rice noodles with pork, kales and egg in red package. If you find it, try it. Highly Recommend ka. “Rad Na” is good too.

It costs around 30 baht for one person. You may rent a motorcycle for 300 baht per day at the beachfront, but if you walk around 50 meters you get a cheaper motorcycle rental for around 200 baht per day.
Please note that you could get free ice in 7-eleven if you buy the drink from those containers. Since you pay 24 THB for the drink including ice, in that case you need to use the cup prepared for the drink, not the cup which is prepared for plain ice.
