Would you be willing to make a guide for different budget levels of flicker? I want to play Flicker but I don't know where to start, the main thing is getting power charges. Most ways feel terrible, so if you could help that would be amazing, but if it's too much work I understand.

when you have 6 power charge / 3 frenzy charge ( maximum) if you trigger deadeyes passive , you will only get 3 power charge , not 6 cause this combo is count with your maximum frenzy charge so, if I take that passive, I'll get 5 power charge when that passive trigger
i have full RES including chaos, 60+ armour, 71 evasion, some monsters spawn ice circles that kill me instantly and surprise me when flickering, do you know how to bypass that or overcome it?
If we are stat stacking, doesnt gemling sound better ? He gets bigger bonuses from all stats, also lower mana cost + qual for flicker so we can flick more?
Technically it's viable for new players if you strength stack and get some flat damage from rings and gloves, but it's a different build at this point.

why did u take the passive : maximum frenzy charge when you are converting the frenzy and power charge ??

get 1 rage on hit , stack to 7-10 rage like u see in this video, that's why I always maximum rage ( 30% more)

No the build cost is INSANE no normal player can get this
Technically it's viable for new players if you strength stack and get some flat damage from rings and gloves, but it's a different build at this point.

So its impossible to make pure flicker in poe2? Pathing on tree could be optimised, you are losing a lot of points.
