    Democrats substituted identity over economic class, which is ridiculous. Honoring heritage is a given. We want history to be accurate. But, overemphasis on rabid "identity" hatred of "other" is driving the emergence of Populism.

    importance of identity in a changing world?Why? you look after your own country, USA not America, in both South and North America's are 35 independent countries...World is changing and US have stop pressure other countries, you have got lots of problems, stop being a "bully" to others and USA is not Democracy, USA is Oligarchy. You started your country on blood(100 languages and dialects are lost, over 10 million natives have been killed.) Biggest debt, biggest prison population, crime is up, homelesness, drug use etc. and etc.
