Xbow being siege-cycle is kind of the polar opposite playstyle of lava hound which is pure beatdown. Throughout the game, an Xbow player thinks "How can I apply good pressure to stop them from building a big enough push?" while a Lavaloon player thinks "How can I mitigate their pressure just enough to build a big push without taking more damage than they will?" Taking damage for an elixir advantage is an important part of lava hound, but is often a mistake for Xbow because in many matchups it needs to stay up in damage to be able to defend with no opportunity to break through.
midladder is harder to deal with than high/top ladder I used to be on the side of "if you complain about mega knight you're just bad" but now I'm running into decks with mega knight and 5 air counters and I just feel like I'm losing my sanity
If you play lava loon learn the tomb stone placement for countering mega knight and you’ll have such an easier time facing them. All you do is you place the tomb stone one tile above the king tower right as the MK crosses the bridge and it full counters him.
@@jaxonschlutz1279 yeah ive known that placement for years but its proven inconsistent, works some of the time for sure but sometimes other card interactions will leave you with less elixir and either not enough to defend or not enough to punish effectively
@@imaok10 if they play anything with their MK right after you lava the back typically that’s when I just sac my tower and focus on my lava push because you can just about guarantee they don’t have enough elixer to defend
Hi. Nice videos. What’s a good strategy when fighting against this deck: envolved barbarians, wizard, fireball, dark price, skeleton horde, mega knight, inferno dragon and rage? I’m using clasic lava with arrows instead of zap
I once played against a dude with 3 air counters and mega knight. I literally had to defend the entire game and won just off of lavahound and fireball damage. So annoying bruh
mid ladder is the place where you will consistently face a deck hard counters you but is trash against every other archetype
Everytime
swear
I’ve faced so many random firecracker decks I feel like throwing my phone
The only time I played with zap instead of arrow in lavaloon I face archer, firecracker, witch, princess, Darth goblin
It's rigged from the start
I personally have played xbow for awhile and the thought process of lava players is so alien to me. I like it

Great commentary, loved it! Thanks for the tips and Happy New Year! (btw: Sakapu is sounding like french "Sac à puces", litteraly "bag of fleas")
If you ask me, I’d say the average anti air combo is wizard, witch ,and firecracker. With a flex e-wiz

@@Innvader Haha, you are still the greatest lava player i know :)

Why did you lava on the left at 2:10?
Lol do you not see......He wants to bait out wizard.....so he cant support that pekka....
@@chad6914He still had to place 2 cards in order to get back to wizard
how do you feel about little prince inside the deck rather than skelly drags?
Great commentary!
Better classic lavaloon or lavaloon miner inferno dragon?
Miner? Valkyire inferno could be better
Wizard and e wiz is a popular combo cuz wizard cleans up swarm and e wiz resets stuff so the megaknight can tank

I am in midlader and every season I consistently push to league 7 with lava with 30mins of a day play is that good
Can you stream on yt as well
