At this point, the only way for Millia to truly be playable is to tone down the damage in the game overall. There is no arguing about that at this point.
Even just a throw. She doesn't get a full disc even after a throw and a wall. The timings are broken, and the damage of the shaker and winger is a joke. But arcsystems are too busy to pay attention to this.
