This is the best pillow box tutorial I’ve ever seen. I saw it was posted years ago. I guess videos really do have a life of their own on TH-cam. Thanx for posting
Easy easy! And everything can be retrofitted with regular household items (I.e. Scissors if you don't have a cutter or exacto knife)! Thanks so much for sharing. A great alternative to a pricey gift box.
Yes, this is the best pillow box and your tutorial is the easiest I've seen because you take the time to clearly show and explain what you are doing. I've subscribed. Many thanks!
Thank you for sharing this. I just love the pillow boxes and didn't want to go buy a bunch of stuff. I much appreciate the measurements and instructions.
this is one of the best diy pillow gift box... i love it how you detailed it.. it was easy to follow , not like some other diy.. thank you so much.. loved it.. 🤗
Better late than never...just watched this video sent to me by a 'co-conspirator card making friend' and you offer so many new ideas and clever ones too may I add! Not only is your technique for making the pillow boxes, thinking out of the box...pun intended...but we also love the idea of stretching the use of the punch for your label interesting as well! Would not have thought about a double use for the same punch the way you did it for the layering look of your tag! Couldn't help but think about something else while watching that I have to add....just a side note coming from a mom who raised 7 children, I hope you had your son help with the assembly of those 'thank you' treasures and didn't let him slide completely on thanking his friends! lol I'll be subscribing to your site now that I found you....albeit 3yrs after this video post! Love what you do!
It's the new Stampin' Trimmer from Stampin' Up!. It's fabulous! Finally, a cutting and scoring tool made with crafters in mind! It cuts & scores a full 12". You can keep scoring and cutting blades on the track at the same time. Includes: 1 cutting and 1 scoring blades. * Measuring. Extended 6-1/4" base. Extend ruler to 15-1/2". * Storing. Compartment under base to store blades, scoring stylus, more! You can order one straight from my blog - Item # 126889. TFW!
Really neat! thanks for taking the time out to make & share this video! My granddaughter's birthday is coming up, so I'm going to make one of these for her. :)
wow! thanks so much! so straight forward, great watching and can't wait to try this! And thanks for not talking me to sleep like many other tutorials do :)
Pretty box. Good video. IMHO "Thank you" on the treat boxes is nice, but thank you notes for gifts are still the right thing to do whether or not anybody else is doing them. At 13, parents probably bought the gift, and they will probably never see the treat bag. They will see a note sent to the house. Sorry. Manners soapbox.
The paper is from Stampin' Up! but now it's retired. The punch to make the tag is also from Stampin' Up!: Decorative Label Punch #120907. If you would like to purchase and Stampin' Up! products please visit blog.
The punch I used is the Decorative Label Punch by Stampin'Up!. It's 2" wide and 1-1/2" high. The item # is 120907. If you are interested in purchasing the punch, you can place an order on my blog: mylittlecraftblog.com
Hi ***** I was wondering would you be able to make out of clear plastic? I've been trying to come up with something that I could make at home for my bead and wire work jewellery that I make. This seems like something I could do whilst sitting in the lounge in the evening. What was that strip of adhesive you used? Do you think it would hold plastic together? Many thanks in advance Linda
