Thing which nobody tells is that for people who are from Gurgaon or delhi investing in sohna will have to pay ~100 INR/day at toll which is being constructed just before sohna. This includes properties like central Park, signature builder floors, godrej nature plus, pyramid spring Valley etc..
Be aware that they don't return the EOI money if you change your mind even before an agreement, I am yet to get refund of Rs 5 Lakh paid by me on 10-10-2021 for Godrej Palm Retreat Sector 150 Noida
Caution :- Handover any cheque , only if you are 100% sure to buy the property, otherwise you will be in a big trap. They will not refund your money. I am struggling to get refund of my 5 Lakh Rupees given as EOI money from Godrej Palm Retreat Phase2 project in Noida
The fact that you don’t publish the price list here says a lot about transparency practices of your company. The buyers are apparently at the mercy of your agents/brokers.

That will be made free for all the residents near the toll, the aadhar card address can be shown at the booth to get the concession.

There is a rs 330 per month toll pass for nearby residents now, i saw it myself for a broker when i asked exact same question
