i am using Wagon R for last 19 years. Its my workhorse. Wagon R is an excellent vehicle. On Lonavale Pune highway i have taken my Wago R upto 160 km/ hr (Driving at this speed is not advised, its dangerous) smoothly.
What about milege and safety?

I got WagonR VXI in 2020 and totally satisfied with it. I too went for VXI variant and miss the few features of ZXI like auto folding ORVM,Rear defogger wiper and better engine 1.2

Nice comparison.. I am using currently Wagon r 2012. I got feedback from many that is best vehicle to get in and out even better than sedans. You get more comfortable in drivers seat. Only problem is look. Boxy structure gives feel of average class car . Many do not like the way it looks from outer. But I am of still opinion that Wagon r will be a better choice. I like your comparison of rear seat space, It clears everything. Thanks for a nice video.

Except two(Auto AC & Driver seat height adjustment), it has all the premium features.
Best thing you get is Suzuki 1.2 L engine with safety!

How is the performance of WagonR ZXI plus AGS? Does auto gear system has any problem,, whether its mileage is almost same as that of Vxi Manual 1litre of WagonR?

I would choose WagonR just because of the height ... In back seat you don't feel nausea or claustrophobic compared all other Cars in this price range like Celerio , Tata Tiago , Indica, Alto, Ignis , Swift etc... for me the headroom is important in budget Cars

The only thing I don't like about Celerio is the placement of power window controls
Thanks a lot for clearing my all doubts. Now I can comfortably switch over to new Celerio Zxi plus from my 8 year old Wagon R LXI. Nicely explained all feasible angles of cars , performance, drive quality etc. in a simple manner. Such videos are most welcome.

Perfect comparison
Sense of roominess and seating comfort wise Wagon R is somewhat better than Celerio. Plus the 1.2 ltr 4 cylinder petrol engine is a gem to have in Wagon R. I have a wagon r AMT 1 ltr engine and I love driving it. Plus the boot space of wagon R is amazing.
Celerio is best, wagonr has less comfortable seats having less thigh support, hard suspension, boxy as always, more body roll, front co driver seat has less space under dashboard, not good for long journey. I have two celerio 2021and 2023 model Zxi and Zxi+, no issue at all even It performs well in hills.
Really have you ever taken a wagon r ride.
WagonR is the best pick of the two, looks tall ,chunky and has more road presence ,moreover interior has more room in wagonR & badge interior looks more premium & roomy .

Go for ignis.... sensible decision better engine and better crash rating and at same price
celario riding quality is much better in highway because of better suspension and aerodynamic design , celario is much better but people prefer wagaor because of height
2023 Celerio has not yet gone for NACP. Suzuki is expecting better safety in this car. So please wait before you comment .. I know how bumpy is ignis on bad roads.. space is not good as celerio I have both the cars...

Rear seat is very congested for 3 people. Test drive kiya hai maine. I don't like that.. Other wise no issues.

Why we shouldn't go for 1.2 ltr instead of 1 litre. You haven't mentioned anything about AC peeformance in both during peak summers. Wagon R looks crap and rear seat me too don't like in that. Since someone is taking budget car then they don't wanna offer good seats that's ridiculous approach. One purchases car for comfort first. So seats and recline position with thigh support should be adequate in all segment cars. Lookwise Celerio feels better but the placing of request sensors feels like they were afterthoughts.
U should have done their comparision with C3, Punch and Tiago too. Beefed up celerio as XL4 would be better with more weight and 1.2 ltr 4 cylinder engine😆
Ignis rear seat comfort again not good. Celerio they can improve and sell as premium nexa product as XL4🥰

Sir , I have experience in Wagon R , ride quality is not so good , Suspension is hard , It jerks even in small uneven road , I think Alto 800 has better suspension , otherwise Wagon R is a very good car for space , milage , ac , power window controle placement , boot space etc
