I made this last night. I had to use goat cheese in place of cream cheese. I added a couple tablespoons of heavy whipping cream with that mixture. It was AMAZING! THANK YOU! I have a question. Can I replace coconut flour with bamboo fiber in recipes? tia
I tried to make this but my cream cheese mixture was very watery. ( I miss read instructions and added a whole egg. 🤭 I poured the Liquid on top anyway and added the berries into it. They came out ok and still taste amazing! Next time I’ll make sure I just add the yolk instead of the whole egg. 😂😂 I do love the taste of bamboo flour, but it’s super pricey here in Canada. On amazon it’s selling for $72.00 for a 2.2 lb bag right now. Thank you for your great recipes. 🙏
OMG 72$???? I hope that as bamboo fiber becomes more popular, its price will soon come down. This happened in the Usa too. Right now it's about $21 for a 2.2lbs bag.
