Apparently the documentarians believe promoters arguing in a tent comprises the zenith of the festival. Where are the performers and the music, or the fans who braved horrid conditions and who surely had much to say? The love and peace festival was put on by the dazzling and wild former female Luftwaffe pilot Beate Uhnse, who after WW2 spread an erotic gospel with home made manifestos that urged Fuck And Be Merry, which she circulated door to door, and on the street, and then she opened shops for sex products, Eros beating Thanatos, which should have happened at the "German Woodstock" until motorcycle gangs bearing swastikas, clubs, and guns obeyed the stereotypes and turned the festival into Altamont. Folks, don't blame the hippies, yippies, free lovers, and free thinkers for the violence and ugliness. The true villians are once again all too obvious; drunken, vile, violent motorcycle gangs; they do not belong at music festivals (golly, what a surprise, Mr Scully!), they are thugs thrilling to the spilling of blood. That is what they do, that is what they are, they pride in it. Everyone from Richard Nixon to Sid Vicious refused to admit the obvious, as some people love smearing hippies for propaganda or personal enlargement via vilification. Roedelius and Cluster played this festival, while Ginger Baker wouldn't, who was trying to talk Jimi out of it, but Jimi loved his fans as they loved him. The spirit of Hendrix triumphed for the last time on that cold rainy mystical island.
Do your homework people! Jimi's last stage appearance was 9/16/70 at Ronnie Scott's in Soho w/Eric Burdon. This is the third post of elements of this horrible outdoor show that makes the same claims. This was not his last time on stage!
It was Jimi’s FINAL scheduled performance/concert. When Jimi played with Eric Burdon & War at Ronnie Scott’s it was a JAM. And yes it technically it was Jimi’s last music performance before he died. It’s a petty argument.
Canned Heat performed. They were already in Germany when they were told of Al Wilson's death. They were contracted to do a tour of Europe and they had no choice but to get on with it.
@@chadpittman3025 He was supposed to meet the band at the airport in L.A. but didn't turn up. He was forgetful so no one was particularly surprised so they left without him and assumed he'd join them on the next flight.
Danke für das Hochladen - hochinteressant!
Looks like the weather was cloudy and cold for this festival.
Blind owl Wilson canned Heat guitarist died in September 1970

Fehrman festival was a dissaster. No love peace or happiness at all. Jimi's last show.
Need to look at last 2 minutes of Part 2 to catch Jimi playing Voodoo Child. No other stage footage. Shame.
The day Jimi died is when the world as we know it started to turn to SHIT and here we are WTF
Don't Bogart That Joint!
Was 180 sind schon da. Scheiße schick den Rest bloß zurück. Kein Wunder, dass mein Vater als Ordner darüber gelacht hat 😂
#Bramfelderrocker
If McIntosh powered Woodstock.

Ganz mieser Kommentator. Ich weiß es besser denn ich war dabei; auf der Bühne als Ordner.
Hello. You look like an owl.
