CFM has been my fav game mode. I just dont have the time to to be nms. and I dont wanna spend money on it. i would totally play on a friends account to try it out.
I’m doing NMS again this year. Madden 18-21 I spent money on MUT but after going NMS last year I found it more rewarding cause I earn my team. I usually don’t get all the top tier players/cards on my team at every position but it’s always pretty much a god squad nonetheless. Looking forward to MUT again this year, can’t wait play!
Spruce Goose my friend, I 1000% agree with you on the historical players in MUT. Just like you I loved Mike Alstott, even as a Cowboys fan, and would always draft him in whatever Madden franchise I was playing that year because Mike was just that good. Imagine a FB in any game that could catch flat route and take it 70+ yards while running over the defense. it doesn't happen nowadays but when Mike played it did. MUT gives the younger generation of football fans a chance to learn about not just their favorite team's history but the whole league history.
Hey spruce me and my friend came into 22 in late January and we felt it would be too late to play mut, so all we did was play duos on superstar ko with nfl teams it was just as fun as mut it even gave us challenges to receive good players for mut and by the end of the year we had a above average mut team without even touching anything inside the mut tab
Interesting point you make about the 99 overall cards. How much do you think the change from current gen -> next gen shifted that, i.e. the slower movement and all that?
Based on my experience on current gen Madden 21 I think it was always the case that the 99 overall cards resulted in better gameplay, but I do think the slower movement on next gen makes it an even bigger difference
I'm gonna be a no money spent player, especially because the game will be $99. Last Madden I played was 20, so it will be a huge adjustment for me. After watching a few TDBarrett videos, I think franchise will be the mode for me. That and superstar KO! I really hope they update that, because KO is the most fun one for me.
