brostep* sounds are to harsh, dubstep you need minimalist styled stuff. Spooky Dub by Mr.K for example (that is dubstep) this new wave of american style is garbage
American's can call this dubstep if they want, but there's no doubt this is an evolution of dubstep and far from the original sounds of dubstep. This is something else, often referred to as brostep.
