Normaly if a monster is in a similar state of going out of bounds to move somewhere else you wont cling to the monster. I, however, care not for the game's rules and spinned into Barioth, but he already teleported to his nest so I got stuck for a couple of seconds spinning into the wall until my hunter decided to ignore the earth separating him from his prize and went through the wall to deal the final blow. The best moment I've experienced in Iceborne.

There was this on time I was fighting deviljho but my controller died and it got me all the way to just a sliver of health when my palico sets a trap in between me and him and gives me just enough time to reconnect my controller and heal.
I don't know why, but I had 2 instances once in MHWI where a piercing pod that I used, severed a monster's tail. I also want to add that the monster in both instances was a Brute Tigrex, just in case that subspecies has anything to do with why the piercing pod cut off the tail.
It’s not the fact that these are MHW moments gone wrong, it’s the fact that I know where every single one of these sound effects came from and their associated memes 😂😂
Well most use the weeb weapons, but rarely are good at it. They don't know how to foresight slash properly, or just stagger everyone in reach with dual blades, "just use flinch free" it's pointless , since they can still trigger guardpoints and counters with their spam.
