Hits so hard. Mom and me were fans from 05 on, until she passed in September of 2014. Right after Dean's arc with the mark of Cain. That end scene with Crowley basically bringing him back to life, she teared up and couldn't wait to see what happened next. Just a few weeks before the next season, man she was gone. To me and her, Supernatural was essentially the fabric of our lives. She was the Dean, to my Sam (except we were mother and son, instead of brothers lol) so I've walked around for the past almost eight years feeling horrible. Supernatural has provided me some relief, and yes even with the way it ended...I loved the final season. I acknowledge it could have been better. But even so, it was everything Mom saw and so much more. A cult classic in her words. I just wish she were here to see what the fandom has become...one mass family.
This TV show has pissed me off, broken my heart, and made me laugh more times than I could count if I tried. And I wouldn't have it any other way. All my ❤ to the writers, directors, creator & cast. You gave me/us/fans more than a show, you gave us a fandom and a family. And family don't end in blood. SPN forever

My mom was a dedicated fan of Supernatural for 15 years, she got every season on DVD the second they were released, even though she watched it on Netflix and the TV and got the tattoo she always wanted of the boy's protection pentacle earlier this year for mothers day. I found her passed away at her place a week ago. We're having her funeral on Friday and we'll be playing this song at her service. For such a big part of her life, I think she would love it. I'm most definitley gonna cry when the song starts but who wouldn't, honestly? I'm so grateful to the cast of Supernatural for giving my mom this show to keep her going through all her illnesses, to the very end. She never got to see the end of the show but she always said she never wanted to see the show end. Guess she got her wish and the show can be with her always. Thank you to all the fans of the show, as well, for making them put out more seasons for us. Without you guys my mom wouldn't have had this. Thank you to everyone involved. The thing I like about shows about Supernatural is that due to it's music it exposes a lot of people to music that they might not listen to and hopefully turns some of those people into fans.
I was.a fan of the band Kansas and my friend said hey you should check out supernatural and even though carry on my wayward son wasn't featured until the season 2 finale the moment I saw that nursery scene in the pilot I was instantly hooked.

This brought tears to my eyes unexpectedly cause I just heard the news that the 15th season will be its last. 💔
I found it out yesterday and it was like a shock. I can’t even understand myself I’m a grown up man but even I had to suppress my tears when I found out. I watch a lot of series I watched almost everything but this one breaks me inside.
I want supernatural to never end!!
