don't you think 14 towers in 8 acres of land is way way too much density. by density i don't mean people, i mean no land at all left after this scale of construction.
I have visited this project and ace divino on same day in 2021 … Ace divino is done with possession…. And that time this projects towers were hardly visible … so … think again
@@raaripaka now it's backed by HDFC and bank of maharashtra, but yes halat tight hai thodi and thts the reason market rate se thoda kam mein they are offering flat, fingers crossed hai, hopefully will get the flat 1-2yrs delay mein, not more than that :D
