Excellent video, thanks Mark.
A lot of information, Very good video.
Glad you’re back! Missed you there in February, you were gone. Hope to come back soon. Maybe I’ll meet you then.
Good to see you back in Saipan!! Are you still seeing landlords accepting only Chinese renters?
Great Question, Chinese are very Competitive people, and not ALL of them are Racist. When some Chinese Real Estate people found out about the OTHER Chinese people that were kicking people out who weren't Chinese, the NEW Chinese people moved in Bought up a lot of the Old Chinese Land, and now these New Chinese Real Estate people are very Cool, some of them even have White American Boyfriends, so they are not at all Racist like the Old Chinese people.
Thanks for Watching! 😁
did you ever find a good modern apartment, we were there and would have stayed if we could find a gooo place to live
You could have very easily found a U.S. Standard Apartment, or you could have Rented a SubStandard Apartment and then Paid some Filipino Contractors to Renovate the Apartment for you. When you direct the Question towards ME, you should understand MY Standards are NOT Your Standards. I did mention this Issue in my Videos many times. I even SHOWED the insides of Some of the Apartments to Illustrate this fact. I Lived in Mexico before Moving to Saipan, because the Job that I had in San Diego CA. didn't pay me enough even if I used my WHOLE PAYCHECK, I still could not Afford to Rent an Apartment in San Diego CA. Now I am paying $290 a Month for a Studio One Block from the Beach, with Air Condition And Water Heater. And a Bed. I am not sure what ammenities you are Looking for?
But most places in the US (Modern Places) are going to Charge you a couple Thousand Dollars a Month for Rent! The last Apartment I Rented in Chalan Kanoa I only paid $350 a month for a One Bedroom Apartment with TWO Air Conditioners!
I have one Friend that lives on top of Navy Hill in a Very Nice Apartment with a Scenic View of Garapan. He pays $800 a Month for it. If you do what I recommend in my videos you CAN find what you are Looking for. If you do something DIFFERENT than what I Recommend in my Videos, well your Results may Vary.
I Hope you have found what you are looking for where you are at. Thanks for Watching!
😁

I gave him a Lock to Lock it up with, it was probably someone he knows.

Hey Mark! I was the server you were talking to in American Pizza and Grill; I'm waiting for that new video about Garapan you mentioned. Definitely going to check it out.
Good video, makes me want to jump on a plane and come on over. Glad to see your friends are responding with some ideas too. All you people sitting on the fence, go on over. It's better than Hawaii!!!
Anywhere is better than Hawaii unless your rich lol

@@RickStaples-l1s I can't, no transportation
@@RickStaples-l1s I can't, no transportation
Your back great vidio I was thinking bringing firearm to Saipan i know probally don't need there was gonna keep in house but wonder how much problem that is transporting there once arrive something about licence there not a lot information on subject or is not worth the hassle and leave it in the mainland I know firearms are legal there but all I know so far maybe you have info on this cause airlines transport but then pickup in Saipan if got have licence how would that work
You should check with TWO Different places, One check your Airlines, because they determine the Poilicies, and Also Check with U.S. Customs and Immigrations here on Saipan because Technically you are Importing a Firearm. I don't make the Rules so I can't tell you what they are. I DO know that many people here have Guns, there is a Shooting Range here and a couple of Gun Stores. If it is a Rifle you might think about Shipping it, instead of Carrying it with you.I know you CAN Ship guns here, because that's how the Guns they have here got here. But I don't know what paperwrok you are going to need to fill out.
@@marksawesomeadventures gonna name you the godfather of Saipan your vidioes are better because ya walk around allows ya see stuff a lot better than driving vidioes I'm getting car or truck when get there but gonna walk around mostly keeps ya in shape another question I don't drink or dope but like Skoal or snuff now then ya see it there in any stores Walt found some in one market there but wonder how many stores carry there if ya see any let me know red seal or Skoal or is time quit when get there lol 😆 hope to meet you guys in person there one day keep up the good vidioes I enjoy here especially winter months lol 😆
Not to be antagonistic but marijuana users are not drug addicts alot are patients 😮
It's 2024 and they're still treating us like dirtbags.
Meanwhile, half of them get drunk every night.
