As a guy that danced for 8 years, this is the hardest fucking thing to do. I learned how to do a couple breakdancing moves before I figured out how to do a fraction of that stuff, and it takes a level of cardio that can only be attained by devoting your life to the craft

A decade later, when our Maximum Leader was teaching in the public schools, a large, obstreperous boy in the back row kept mouthing off. Maximum Leader crossed the room in a bound (I am told) and gave him a boot in the rear that put him in orbit. The whole class was quite obedient thereafter.

Other forms of folk dance might be physically demanding to some extent and maybe do similar moves here and there, but they are no match when it comes to the jumps, leaps, spins, and alternating pistol squats (don't know the moves by name) seen on this video.
This is amazing!!! I am always astonished when I see those dances. From 0:45 - 0: 52 they jump without those little middle jumps. It is hard as hell. Huge thumbs up.
