What ages are these for? It seems to be a fairly young age group but I want to find a nature curriculum for when my children are older. P.S. I haven't even had children yet I'm just very excited and planning way ahead and researching.
We go outside! We have Oaki coverall rain suits that are amazing. They will play in mud and splash in puddles for hours. And unless it’s below 0 we just put on tons of layers when it’s cold. The person who has the hardest time in bad weather is me.
They really don't fill in "gaps" - it's actually more of a base curriculum that centers around nature in the style of Charlotte Mason. You add math and whatever else you want but it's a daily, slow, early elementary curriculum with reading and science and art activities. We ended up adding a formal daily reading curriculum and math but not much else.
Thank you. Very helpful to see and I’m going to check out gentle and classical. I need level ups for diff age groups. Great tip.
I love this video SO MUCH super appreciate your sharing your thoughts and experiences! - Erin
Thank you! We have loved Gentle and Classical!

I’ve bought so many PDFs and printed so much “waste” ugh!! It’s a learning process for us all. 😜
My kids only like going outside in the nice weather what do you do if it is cold or raining?

What are the gaps that Nature with children fills? I’m curious as someone who is just hearing/learning about these curriculums. Thanks!
