This series has helped my more in 30 mintues than 3 different lecturers did over 20+ hours of lectures, you have an incredible ability to explain things simply without being reductive and waste no time without feeling rushed. Thank you so much for making this!
Amazing video!!! Well explained. You should go into teaching at college or university level. You'll be doing service to humanity. I don't think professors can even come close to how well you explain difficult concepts. Each and every step has been explained very well. I, for now, better understand this concept. Thankyou so much. I will be contributing to Patreon to support this good effort
Firstly l whole heartedly thank you for simplifying this complex subject. Your brilliant explanation can be followed by one and all, specially for confused souls like me. I would beg you to upload more videos in this statistics section.
Amazing content and amazing explanation, you’re not only making statistics so easy but also so much fun to learn, huge wonder how your channel only got a small number of subscribers...
Amazing content, beautiful and easy to understand, clear and simple and highly recommended for all statistics enthusiasts! Not to mention the extremely cute animation and characters! Gob Bless You!
Thank you again, I have watched your nine series video about statistic so far and have found that they are the best. You have made the statistic easily to learn.....GBU.
Umm can you provide us the steps at the r x Sy/Sx? I haven't done fractions in ages. Regardless, as always, you DESERVE to become a university professor. Desperate students who aren't much familiar with maths are in need of your blessed soul
man really ur doing nice work.i learn this concept from other channels....but today i actually understand the concept :)... i am sharing ur videos in my classes what's app group and my friends really enjoys the video becz now concepts are get clear....plzzzzzz make more videos ...ur good teacher :)
Thank you so much for commenting and sharing it with your classmates, it really helps me grow my channel! I am doing my best to create more videos, but each video takes me over 100 hours to make so it is a work in progress :)
Thank you for the comment Teddy. This was one of my older videos from 4 years ago, and at the time I just assumed that every viewer watched my previous videos in the series (which was a mistake on my part). I will definitely be re-doing this video in the future since I've gotten a lot better since then :) if there is anything else you would like to see changed, please let me know because I value this type of feedback and I love helping people learn!
I kneel down to you sir! Thank you so much! You have helped me a lot... I was struggling really, adding that I do not even understand the symbols used in the regression equation and my slow brain contributes to my sufferance but your brilliant video worked like magic. Keep up the good work please!
Sir, I have a doubt. Why do we need r-square to tell us how well the regression line fits the actual data, when we get the same aspect served by the absolute value of r itself? An absolute value of r closer to 1 indicates that the regression line is a good fit.
Yes that is correct, an absolute value of r equal to 1 indicates that an r-squared value would also be equal to 1. That is an instance where it would be pointless to use r-squared to see if the regression line is a good fit. However, we can use r-squared in cases where the answer isn't really clear cut, and is a way for us to "check" when we need more information.
Thank you, you explained in 6 minutes what my professor took 3 hours to unsuccessfully explain this.
Thank you so much! Thank you for comment, it really supports my channel!
@@Simplelearningpro Hello, I need to contact you, Please share your contacts

Thank you - this is brilliant - I was not clear even after 2 lectures and a complicated chapter in a text book and after 6 mins it is simple to me!
You should add equation for calculating R and R-square
Thank you. Honestly tired of people saying “oh don’t worry about that it isn’t important”
Extremely clear explanation, thumbed up and subscribed.
Thank you so much :)
Really appreciate your explanation of regression and r-squared...

Regression Line predicts the ''Mean(average)" change in Y when X increases by one unit.
y^ = b0 + b1x
where y^ = E(y/x)
What is E bro in E(y/x)
