I have the battery drain problem and i let with 0 battery for 2 days. After i charged all night and i have the last firmware and the problem is again. I tried and other firmwares but same result. The band is the second from the same retailer and the same again. Probably it is something from software and not from hardware since 2 bands had the same attitude
Hi everyone hope this helps someone - the first day I got the band the battery only lasted for 4 hours. I then drained the battery completely and left it for a few hours, then I put it to charge for 4 hours - it only got to a 99%. I plugged it out of the charger and then back in to charge and left it for a while until it charged to a 100%. With each next charge the battery lasted longer and longer. It's been a few weeks since I bought it and the battery now lasts at least a week with most of the features turned on.
Espero que sea lo mismo que tiene mi banda la compré hoy venía apagada y no encendia la conecte a la PC y logro encender la cargue un poco como un 50% y la configure luego la volví a conectar y quedo estancada un rato en 99%. pero logro subir al 100% cómo en 2 horas desde un 40%. Ahora tiene un 47% y apenas lleva como 4 horas de uso voy a descargar al 0% para hacer el proceso ojalá me funcionó

@@karlasimi7817 it showed 100% as soon as i unplugged it, but didn't actually show a complete charge in the app..... I'll try leaving it uncharged for the night.
@@vritantbaweja leave it at 0% overnight! And then the next time you charge when it gets to 99% plug it and uplug it and leave it for a few hours at least to charge even if it says fully charged. Hopefully it works!
Got my 1st warranty replacement, had this problem, tried this, didn’t worked. Gave up. Got my 2nd replacement, same problem happening. Solution didn’t work for me. What am I missing? Additional info: Both devices the firmware got updated automatically on the first pair with my iPhone. Tried draining and charging several times, but charging never got beyond 99%. Even after charging overnight. Both drained completely within 10-12hrs.
@@angeldc3269 Mine solved by asking for the most recent manufactured unit the local service Center have. They gave me August 2021 unit. Previous ones are July 2021 unit. Also asked service Center people to plug it in power adapter. The band immediately turned on. Previous ones took so much time to turn on. Hope this helps.
I'm having same issue. It's brand new, but cant last for 24h, will see it this gets better after few charging cycles. My Mi Band 4 lasted for 20 days no problem after 3 yrs of use.

Glad the solution gave some relief but i think your band may b faulty since 1 day battery life isn’t calibration problem it is more of manufacturing fault or may be old unit sitting fr some time or with bad battery. Get replaced with fresh peice!

I am posting it so that someone can get help i recently bought mi band 6 its battery was not lasting even 4 hours but one night i overchaged it but the battery was still on 99 percent the next it last till 7 hrs then next the battery reached 100 and i repeated this process and my battery backup increasing day by day its my 7 day of mi band 6 and not it is giving a battery backup of 7 days i was so confussed when i got my mi band 6 i thought it was a defect piece i was not able to replace it because i have thrown all its material if someone gets help my comment will be useful thank you.

Drain the battery completely. Leave it for a few hours then charge it for at least 4 hours if its still at 99% plug it out and than back in and charge more until its at 100%. Hope this helps
The battery is drained just after an hour .. although i charged till 90% .. I'm trying to follow ur recommendation and see what's gonna happen .. i already left it in charge for 4 hours and it still showing that's charging.. i hope it's not broken..
@ghafour - can you share your experience pls.. I received my mi band 5 today.. and after opening the package, I saw band was in completely discharged state and then I put it on charge for 1 hr and it got charges till 97%… but then after 1 hour of usage, it came down to 52%.. almost half
@@aitnez I replaced the band itself by raising a complaint with seller. New one is working with 10+ days battery life. I think it was a hardware issue.
The problem with this band is than heart activity is measured every minute by default.....turn off this in setting of app and battery life will come to normal

Looks like calibration problem. Try calibration method shown in my video.
Bro After calliberation also I am getting only 3 days battery life but I am using hr monitoring , sports mode also

If it didn’t work means your band’s battery is in bad shape then there isnt much u can do.
