As much as I love this scene and actually dislike Buffy the show, that Angel scene was still 5 times worse. He became angel again right as Buffy was about to stab him, he had no memory of what was happening and Buffy hugged him with the weapon hidden. He thinks he's being welcomed back and suddenly a sword is plunged into him. He's got no idea that she had to do it to close the gate. All she can do is see the look of betrayal on his face cause she would rather him feel like she betrayed him instead of him knowing what he did to force her to kill him.
I knew people who saw the twist that Rumple used a potion to take back the Dark One powers when Emma stabbed Killian with the sword, and the revelation that they were going to spend the rest of the season working to bring Killian back, and said “We’re going to the underworld now? That’s it. I’m out. I’m not watching this anymore.” They basically undid half a season of character development for Rumple. I feel like the back half of Season 5 did a lot to hasten the end of the show. They basically killed Killian and then immediately made it clear that they were gonna go all “The Search For Spock,” for Killian, in the second half of the season. It really cheapened this scene and it clear that they were going to do stuff for shock value but then immediately work on ways to undo it.
Yeah, you can’t really kill a main actor halfway through a season when you know they’re gonna be there the rest of the season, so they went to the Underworld and brought him back. The Rumple stuff actually fits his character considering he’s someone who would do anything for power, even if he did become a “hero” earlier, it was just a phase, but he would absolutely jump at the chance to get his power back even if it means betraying everyone AGAIN and nearly loosing Belle AGAIN

Ok, not sure if this comment has been posted, but when Nimue was choking Emma, why didn't Snow and/or David step in to help? They are her parents. I don't care if my child was in the same situation, family comes first and I would do the complete opposite of what they did.
And this should have been the end of the dark one powers. The fact they undo this sacrifice and Rumple's redemption in the next episode is ridiculous. It makes the whole first half of Season 5 pointless. They could have still brought Hook back via the same method. Just say that even if Rumple no longer had magic, the fact he has been to the underworld and came back makes his blood inherently magic and allows him to summon Charon. That particular magic can be separate from the dark one magic. That way they could still go to the underworld and try to rescue Hook without undoing any of this.

Hook for loosing his shit because of what Emma has done to him and threw his anger not just on Emma, but everyone in Storybrooke, Charming family, Regina, Rumple and...by threating their lives, like they are the ones who turned him and are the reason for his misery! and bringing all of the dark ones here, just to change his mind and see the error of his ways when it's already too late and no way other than killing himself.
I remembered how everyone was crying watching this scene and all I did was laugh! ahah The acting was so off and no matter what I'll never understand the nonsense that is a woman as strong and powerful as Emma Swan falling for a worthless pirate with one hand and a drinking problem
