Bonjour! Il existe plusieurs bourses disponibles en Italie.
1. Bourse de mérite : elle est offerte par l'Université et l'Université considère automatiquement votre profil pour la bourse.
2. Bourse régionale basée sur les besoins : elle est offerte par la région dans laquelle vous avez obtenu votre admission. Il est basé sur vos revenus et votre statut de propriété dans votre pays d'origine.
3. Bourse MAECI : elle est offerte par le gouvernement italien
4. Bourse ERASMUS Mundus : Vous pouvez postuler pour cette bourse via le portail désigné.

Yes you can, bbut first you haave to secure admission in any italian university, then you can apply to regional scholarship. Schoolarship will open in the month of June/July. Also make sure that your combined percentage of Intermediate is greater than 60% because with percentage less than 60% you can secure admission, but you can not ssecure a student visa

Regional Scholarship has nothing to do with your CGPA, it's solely based on your income level, you can easily secure it if you meet the income criteria. But your CGPA might create a problem for you in securing a Visa.

For Bachelor's, the Study gap is a Red Flag. The visa success ratio for bachelor's is already very low and with study gap the chances get even less.

No, you can not switch from Business to Computer Science. But one can switch from Computer Science to Business.

4-year gap is acceptable if justified with proper justification through work or business. A gap bigger than 4 years mihgt cause issues.

Usually scholarships main apply ki deadlines apke Italy pohanchne se pehpe khatam hojati he, so in order to secure the scholarship apko Pakistan se hi yeh process karna hota he.
Secondly, it varies from Region to Region, some region don't even required legalized documents in the first place.
