- This is a great and healthy recipe for those that are constantly stumped about what to cook for breakfast :) Feel free to substitute bell pepper for green onions.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes 3
1 Bell Pepper
Eggs 3
Milk 2 tbs
Black pepper ½ tsp or to taste
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
Oil 1 tbs
Salt, pepper and oregano
60g 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Red chilli powder
