Subliminals are short messages embedded in music or sounds that you don't consciously hear.
These hidden messages, woven into music or calming soundscapes, bypass your awareness and tap into the vast potential of your subconscious.
There’s a lot of my wounds that even with repeated conscious work and therapy, I couldn’t turn around. I gave subliminals a chance to improve my self-concept for example, or believe in my path…
And they really helped me.
While research isn't conclusive, there's a chance they could work for you by planting positive suggestions in your subconscious mind.
The key? Be open to the potential and pair subliminals with conscious effort.
Visualize your goals, believe in yourself, and see if these subtle whispers can nudge you towards the best version of you.

🙏 🔉💭💭💭📢 this was a pleasant sound and “lightshow”. If I would make the sound I’d use a bit of a crackle-candle 🕯️ and mix it 🎛️ with some brown noise 🌬️ 💨 But it already exists 🤔 So, to make it short: thank you for this noisy liberation ☔️

If you mean the speaking after the presentation, it's meant to be that way, so that only your subconscious mind gets it and your conscious thoughts don't "discard" it
