I used to have the Zelmer Aquawelt one years ago when they were all the rage and it was an amazing vacuum. One of the best vacuums I've ever had. It was very heavy and robust and because of that quite awkward to maneuver. Other than that it was superb. I actually saw the new Zelmer/Bosch version while shopping for house appliances and after having a closer look I have to say that it feels very cheap. The plastic is very thin and soft, it seems quite delicate compared to the old one that I used to have.
True due to Bosch bougth Zelmer and quality is crap now as a Polish person (country where zelmer orginated) i even agree it is poorly made don't buy now zelmers due to they have crap motors etc

Ahh, memories, also this has well known Zelmer accessories such as miltifunction nozzle, turbo nozzle, crevice tool, polstery nozzle... Ah, it won't come back... Although thank you to review this cleaner!

It's large footprint reminds me a little of a Thomas. I kinda figured that assembly in the tank was for a water filtration mode was it necessary for extraction mode too? Interesting machine though thanks for the video!
It's a bit impressive to see that Zelmer/Bosch Aquawelt for only 36£, really interesting since I have a Ufesa/Bosch/Zelmer water filter vacuum, it doesn't have the same quality as that one but a bit reasonable for Portuguese/Spanish people as at the time it was 59€ for a water filter vacuum while that Bosch/Zelmer Aquawelt had a original price of 149€ when it was released, I'm not sure but I think Zelmer sold years ago some Balay appliances but if that really happened it shows that Zelmer and Ufesa both belong to the BSH (Bosch/Siemens/Balay/Neff/Constructa/Gaggenau/Profilo), I didn't had a good experience with Bosch and Zelmer/Ufesa but they are interesting overall

iBaisaic this is basically Zelmer aquawelt (from 2009 or 2012) It was kind of hit in Poland due to functions it had and for cheap price but in 2014 Bosch bougth Zelmer and did an almost 1/1 machine as Aquawelt but yea now Zelmer is trash due to they did co-operate with other brand Zelmotors and they did made motors for zelmers that lasted YEARS to come! Our zelmer lasted 8 years but saddly i but material bag instead of paper one and zelmers don't like thise marerial bags (im talking about Odyssey one from 2010) but yea those machines are cool but older ones if you wanna get the orginal zelmers just ask me im Polish and i can send you those wihout any problem

I really loved Zelmers. My grandmother had a Twister with a powerhead. They used to be excellent.

This was polish zelmer. Now it was bought by some Spanish company and isn't no longer as good as it was ten years ago.
