2cups sugar (or to taste)
1/2cup ghee
4 cardamons
only 1 cup milk
first fry cardamoms in ghee.Then add shreded carrots.Keep mixing for ten minutes when it become soggy then add sugar to it.Keep moving spoon until it becomes dry then add one cup milk.Keep mixing until it dries and ghee start separating. It's Ready add your garnishing and mawa
