    Hey Sarah, thanks for sharing! Going on vacation for a couple of weeks, so I downloaded the video to watch on the plane (10 hour flight!!) 😊

    Great video on 2023 set ups. I am working on mine and the biggest change is using a Jubin Techo for health tracking as i have several issues I am dealing with and it covers my needs without having to create a planner/tracker system. My Weeks is my main planner been using that system since 2017 and no need to change. Doing a new 5 year Hobo as I am completing my first one and also have a 10 diary that i started last year. I think I am set up for the year just need to decorate and get supplies in order. Thanks so much for sharing today,

    I just found Aura Estelle's Weeks that has a weekly layout and a day per page and I thought of you. It would give you everything in one book. I bought it for 2023 and I am super excited to try it.

    I have a similar setup with a hobo weeks as my planner and a TN passport as my wallet with the monthly insert. And a standard TN as my journal. Great line up 😊

    Love this content as always Sarah. I decided to use my A6 CS July leather for my 2023 calendar and journal. I kind of lost interest in the Hobo Weeks. I would love to learn caligraphy writing but tend to lose patience with the stoke methods due to my anxiety. However, your video's bring me lots of inspiration and peaceful joy in my life and I look forward to all you do for us. Luv, Cynthia X

      @sarahmartinezjournals  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s good you’re going with what suits you better! To be honest, I never learned the proper stroke methods with handlettering. I just sort of started and experimented. It doesn’t have to be so uptight. So don’t stop if it’s still something you’re interested in♥️.

    You have a beautiful set up, and your covers: especially the trifold 👌
    I've decided to try out Kinbor A6 in place of my Hobonichi A6 for 2023 due to price point plus postage and customs costs. They appear to be almost identical, but with slightly more writing space. 🌻

      Yes, I make them myself. There are shops that do great work with this leather like LindenTreeLeather and JoyfulPawPrints on Etsy. Also Dinara Leather on IG.

      I have also been thinking of the Travelers Notebook, the train one would have been great but I missed out on it. It could be an autistic thing, that I have been watching a lot of train/ferry travel videos lately. No i am not one of those that knows everything about trains. It just one of the phases I am going through. I still love the inside cover of your current weeks, I mentioned this last year. I also love the life cover, I believe mine is waiting for me in Oregon. I love the feel of Stalogy paper, but I cannot see the grid in the book and quit using it. If I cannot see the grid, and write straight, then it hurts my eyes. I use pencil boards because I press hard. i can see the grid without it, but then I would indent about 5 pages behind where I am writing. I just wish they would up the grid ink a bit

    Hi Sarah! I hope you are well! I just received my handbag planner which is a 5.5 w by 8.5l. I would like to obtain a good leather cover/folio. Do you have any store/etsy shop recommendations?

      If you’re looking for Maverick leather, I know Linden Tree Leather and JoyfulPawPrints on Etsy make them. Also Dinara Leather on IG has beautiful work.

    Wonderful video, Sarah❤My goodness…if you ever decide to sell planners, put me on your list! They’re stunning😍 And your handwriting is what I wish mine could look like. Do you have a favorite pen you prefer in these planners? I have only recently heard of the Midori planner you mention and am thinking about trying it in my lineup this year if I can find one. Currently, I’ll be using a Hobonichi Mega as my EDC, A6 Hobonichi for journaling, Traveler’s Company standard for tasks and random lists, and another TC standard for my prayer/faith journal. Now to just set them up☺️ I so enjoy your videos and appreciate you sharing ❤

    Thanks for the video. I'm considering using a Weeks as a purse planner. My question is: How many notes pages have you used? Thanks.

    • @sarahmartinezjournals
      @sarahmartinezjournals  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When I have the regular Weeks I use almost all of them. I’ll have maybe 10 pages left. The mega I’m using this year still has over half the notes pages blank. So I won’t be using the mega again!

    • @thepedanticplanner

      @@sarahmartinezjournals Just the answer I was looking for! I have the regular Weeks. Thanks💖

    • @tattooedcat
      @tattooedcat 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you run out of notes pages, you can also use the Hobonichi Memo Pad Set for Weeks to tuck in the back of the planner and you can carry on with your notes. I use it as a collections notebook that I can move to each new planner for the year. The A6 size has perforated paper, but the Weeks size does not. They are very slim and have 40 pages of the same paper as the planner. It’s a great option if you run out of pages! 😸🧡

    It's been a while, and not that I'd want to pressure you into making videos (although I do look forward to them), just sending well wishes your way.
    I look forward to an update if you choose to continue making videos.
    In the meantime - I'll enjoy the ones you've already shared...

    I would never make an official “accusation” but I wonder about the paper some companies are using and calling TRP now that TRP means so many different things. I plan to stick to my trusted sources from now on. I have one addition to that list from this year, but my TRP world is about to narrow considerably.

    • @ark-journal
      @ark-journal ปีที่แล้ว

    I don’t think the hibino is Sanzen. I think it’s Midori Lightweight paper that you find in the Lightweight Inserts!
    (At least I think)

  • @plannermumsy
    @plannermumsy 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Yea in my opinion the Hibino is definitely NOT Sanzen paper😂 Anywho. Thanks for the video. Love your lineup and as always the covers you made😊

    • @sarahmartinezjournals
      @sarahmartinezjournals  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you, Heather! It needs to be a rule now that if you claim TRP, you MUST declare what version it is😆. As it stands, Hibino is not Old TRP or Sanzen.
