Pierce Aluminum Building Journey

Join Jake Palmisano (Project Manager) and Casey McGinnis (Superintendent) as they explain the process of building Pierce Aluminum in Mandeville. Kent Design Build provided design-build services to create a 60,000 SF pre-engineered Butler Manufacturing building that includes 4,000 SF of office space. This new facility was specifically designed to increase efficiency and production for the client’s specialty aluminum fabrication operation. We’re thrilled to hand over the keys to a happy client and can’t wait to see what they accomplish in their new space!
