    Dr. Chatterjee,
I am very impressed with your lectures! You are one of the best! I am a controls Engineer in the US serving in the defense and aerospace industry. I have a Mechanical/Electrical and Computer Science Degree. But sometimes still face many challenges in controlling non-linear type of processes/systems. I really appreciate your lectures and gives me a lot of inspiration (if not solutions) and keeps me going forward in this challenging area. Please keep up the good work. May God bless you and give you more.

Lovely sir, Because of your video lecture that helped me to overcome interview ( technical questions)happened at very big organization and i am selected and recruited. Thank you so much sir,you have lovely and simple explanation. Please upload more videos for power electronics, microprocessor, control system, etc cause even after working i want to be your student . Truly speaking it gives lovely pleasure to be your student. God bless you :)

It's a very helpful lecture for me. But i also need about the Turning ON and Turning OFF characteristics of thyristors as well. Moreover it's better if you upload a brief lecture only about the GTO's (Gate Turn Off thyristor) because nowadays they are more popular.
    Thanks

    HI sir
wonderful series of lectures.Something beyond textbooks.few important concepts will never find in any book.
if you can send a link or a channel where all your lectures about electric drive and power electronics are in a sequence so that we can study and understand better.
    thanks

Excellent Sir, U r surely one of the finest teachers in the country, but I had one question regarding Firing Angle.....
As u said in ur lecture sir, firing angle is nothing but the range between max. gate current (50 Amps as referred here) and min. gate current (10 Amps as referred here). For 50 Amps firing angle is less, and for 10 amps firing angle is high. But as told further we can apply the Gate signal at any instant of time,as per which the firing angle will be measured. So my question is that sir, suppose at 5 msec time I give the gate current pulse of 50 Amps peak, then how will be the firing angle? Will it be the min due to 50 Amps or will it take some intermediate value as per 5 msec?Sir,kindly clear my doubt...thanking u.
