Idk if you'll see this, but on the one unblockable move that does a bunch of dmg, you actually CAN bock the first part, and you can dash while blocking. What I always do is hold block as soon as he's aggro on me, wait for the first charge move, then when he does the second move, dash out while still blocking. From then I'll usually try to bait the counter by holding a projectile move(like your hiken, for example) and then if he does the counter you're free to combo him. Another thing, it doesn't really apply to you though, but with moves like cyborg's ult, mochi buzzcut, or any grab move that gives hyper armor, you can "cancel" his triple slash ult by doing the move right before it starts. Be warned though, if you have buddies with you, they'll still get hit.
