West leaders at NATO summit address Russia’s military aggression on Ukraine

Members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, NATO, are using this year’s summit hosted by the U.S. to address Russia’s military aggression on Ukraine, an ally of Washington. VOA’s Ricardo Marquina has more in this report which he filed with narration by Marcus Harton.
