Intense Porsche Cup Race at Red Bull Ring | iRacing Fixed Class Drama | D-Box Immersive Racing

- Welcome to my latest racing video in iRacing, where I participated in the Porsche Cup Series as usual. This time, the race was in the Fixed class at the Red Bull Ring, my home track, where everyone has the same setup and can't change anything except the brake balance. The Strength of Field was 3441. I started the race in 16th place and finished in 11th, with 4 incident points. My car number was 18, starting from 16th position due to the high Strength of Field, which I was totally fine with.
The start was a disaster as there was a crash right in front of me before the first turn, forcing me to brake hard, almost dropping me to the last position. Or was I last? No, I wasn't last but almost. After that, there were intense races and tight battles. At one point, I had to avoid another crash in a turn without any contact.
I love iRacing, but the incident system plus time penalty system is really frustrating. Everything else about the driving physics and the overall system is the best I have ever tried. However, the incident points and time penalties need to be reworked, as they are quite ridiculous. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed the race as much as I did. It was very heated and exciting for me, especially since it's the height of summer.
I'm here in my living room in my D-Box Full Motion Simulator with a 57-inch integrated display. All top-notch components: Simucube 2 Ultimate Wheelbase, Precision Sim Engineering Porsche Cup Replica Steering Wheel, Sparco seat, Sparco 5-point harness, Simtag Ashley hydraulic pedals. It feels incredibly realistic, and I enjoy it immensely.

How have you fixed the scaling issue with the monitor? I have the same one but my left mirror is massive
I bought the monitor also and run it at 5120x1440 because my PC can't handle 7680x2160. But on both resolutions the image looks perfect without streched image and without massive mirrors. It looks perfect on iRacing, ACC, FH5, Call of Duty etc... You need to make sure you set it up correct in iRacing graphic settings. Radius of curvature: 1000 R + render scene using 3 projections checked + Enable SMP/MVP checked. Monitor width: 1310mm + monitor type: 1 curved screen. This must make the image normal. Let me know if you sort it out.
Enable 3 projections rendering and the scaling Issue should be gone!
