I'm going to assume you were 12 or 13 in 2012 because we look back on our childhood so fondly and that's the only reason you're biased towards this year of UFC
UFC is so much more different now compared to before. I mean, it's still UFC. It's still brutal, still hardcore, still UFC overall. What makes it different is, what can I say, the atmosphere. Like I said, UFC is still brutal like it was before, but before it was more hardcore. The sort of atmosphere and intensity compared to before is very different. I'd watch UFC from 2009 and just by looking at the fighters and everything else, I could just feel like there was going to be brutal knockouts, brutal beatings, broken bones, a lot of blood, and overall just 100% brutality. I don't feel that intensity anymore with the modern day UFC.
Jesus Christ Lol it's not like I was hating on UFC, it's obvious that if I stepped into the octagon I'd get killed. All I said was UFC doesn't have that same intensity they had back then anymore. It's still violent and still overall UFC, but not like before.
+Justin Flores You are right and do you know why it is not intense. Because The UFC has new owners and those new owners are all about the money. So the company became more political than actually getting two guys in there by the ranks and fighting until someone bleeds. Now a days you have too ask the fighter if he wanrlts to fight and I think that is the most dumb thing you can ever do. Because of this new owners, rankings went out of the window and you have champions holding up the division or a fighter doesnt even want to fight another fighter because of the fear of loosing or excuse the excuse of, " That fight doesn't make sense."
+Abdullah Haidar I love UFC, but what I really miss are organisations with pride rules and a ring instead of a cage. I am not saying pride was better, it simply was a different experience watching it.
+david moreno its still good, the problem is it became a little "stale" despite MMA being the fastest growing sport in the world. UFC still hasnt sold as much, as when Lesnar was there. I think they need to inject something new on the formart or something, specially with the old generation like GSP, Chuck Liddell, Randy, Anderson Silva gone.
I love the old era (Pride FC and Early UFC) so much because not a single fighter fought for money they all came on the octogone because they love it, and they want the fans to love it too.
Eu era feliz e não Sabia, ISSO QUE ERA UFC RAÍZ !!!, Já tava virando um monopólio já tinha comprado o Pride e o WEC, e em 2013 comprou o Strike Force que eu lembro muito bem que passava no Space...
its dec 2021 going 2022, i'm still using this song whenever i jog or practice my old techniques (along with face the pain, enter sandman, scream by avenged sevenfold and a few other songs). i'm a little older since, but no less dangerous. back then i was only into unarmed combat, lately i've started using big and small blades on wooden replacements for my punching bags.
UFC is still great,.but I miss old UFC...when there was Couture,Lidell,CroCop,Hardy...when some fighters was in his prime like Condit,BjPenn,Aldo...today looks diferent, its still great, but its not the same
UFC isn't still great. Reebok deal, too many women, too many fight cancellations, too many bad cards, roster is full of nobodies, etc. UFC is far from being great.
And titles dont mean shit anymore. Lately im only watching old school k1 fights and pride. There was no pulling out, you find out who do you fight week before the fight, there was no cutting weight and may the better man win.
The nostalgia, the grittiness and diversity in sponsors and fighters. I swear, aside from bogarting the women's division for so long, this was a time of real skill and real fighters. Some talked, some were silent, but the fights were glorious nonetheless...
2009-2011 golden ages of ufc, great fighters, great events, no reebok
markycupko 😢
So sad those times are gone.😢
2013 was the last really good year for UFC, but nowhere near how good 2009-2011 was! 2012 was an injury prone year!
I'm going to assume you were 12 or 13 in 2012 because we look back on our childhood so fondly and that's the only reason you're biased towards this year of UFC
@@memyselfandistudio5340 nah, it's not a matter of age. In 2012 I was 19, but I agree with the OP.
If this song doesn't get that blood pumping nothing will.
After I heard this song on UFC undisputed 3, I listened to it and, not only it is a great workout song, but it spoke to me with the lyrics
You and me both brother 🤜🤛
Hardcore tribute. Heavy metal song choice and badass editing. Very strong work!
I always forget how long stefan struve has been around
This track has such a badass intro
This is making me want to cry from nostalgia

Justin Flores Yeah like each and every fight you'd know someone is leaving in an ambulance 😂😂
Matt PryOkra Too true

@@youngdragon91 Nailed it right on the head
This is the best days of UFC
pie579 ツ About 2005-2012 was the best imo.
2013 was the end of an era (Silva and GSP)
pie579 ツ The GOATS imo.
T.J.C 3) id say through 2015
2016 was peak in my opinion, from 2016 it all goes downhill
Back when ufc had balls
No era gathers so many great fighters in their primes. Back in that day, UFC was a great competition, now is just show and business.
Bons tempos de ufc 2008-2011
UFC started to be part of my life, gread vid !
I really miss this ufc times they were so much different and better than today and no robook in this sport
So true
Stfu ufc is at its best, been watching since the shit started
+Abdullah Haidar I love UFC, but what I really miss are organisations with pride rules and a ring instead of a cage. I am not saying pride was better, it simply was a different experience watching it.
+david moreno UFC is insane but I miss Chuck Liddell, Matt Hughes and GSP.

Back when the fighters could wear their own gear for a camp they represented.
This song kicks ass !
Back when only badasses only watched MMA!
Back when it passion and heart. Now its just about the money and thats it.
I love the old era (Pride FC and Early UFC) so much because not a single fighter fought for money they all came on the octogone because they love it, and they want the fans to love it too.

UFC perdeu a graça de 2013 pra cá. O que resta é sdds dessa época e aproveitar outros eventos de MMA (bellator e one champion)

I was a fan this time too but woman's mma just isn't that appealing to me.
I miss all the old gritty street fighter techniques mixed with actual martial arts and pre Reebok UFC
