Every time one of Jeff's characters was represented by another one of Jeff's characters I lost it laughing, no one does crazy like Jeff Blim what a guy
Jaime, Joey and Lauren especially had played so many different characters, which was of great help to me. Jeff's various villain roles in other musicals was also very helpful for his various villain roles in this musical. But I gotta say, I'm glad Mariah, Jon, (and Robert, almost) hadn't been in any prior musicals, so I could avoid having the same kind of pressure to find matching characters with them. Corey has played some a lot great and diverse characters too, and honestly, I should have used more of him. Like grandpa singing 'Wisconsin' instead of 'Oregon' to mirror the Moana scene, and Big T's Temptation could probably have been used to show "Stu's" temptation in Show Stoppin' Number. There's so much great Starkid material, I could go on and on with all of these.
I read this comment during the starship clip in the beginning and I thought "yeah, this pretty much describes the beanies scene accurately" and then realized that taz and emma are both played by Lauren-
I love that Sweet tooth and Candy are basically already Sam and Charlotte, they're the same two actors even. Wait, while writing this that their names also start with the same letters oh my god!
Oooh, I didn't even notice that last part, you're right! It was destiny, foretold in the ancient stars, that Jaime would once again receive the low end of a dysfunctional yet funny relationship.
@@pixelatedpenguin1021 Technically, that part of Rogues are We (Reprise) should be reversed. Hive!Sam was more of Hive!Charlotte's backup singer, but that's fine, whatever, the video's still great.
Did anyone else get the guy who didn’t like musicals recommended to them, watched it, fell in love with it and the cast, and is now watching anything starkid related??
I imagine that part being before he pitched Workin' Boys, where Ted just wanted to avoid death. But yeah, Ted was rocking hard during Workin' Boys, we was so on board.
Everyone’s talking about “*greg and stu and mark and leighton and chad” and “*the implications” but for some reason the thing that killed me in this video was “*also charlotte”

I think my favorite thing about this is that half of these are the actors that were actually the ones who played the name in GWDLM and it goes to show how they pick who plays what roles
I love how you used the same actor whenever possible. It's so great. Also, I never thought I'd say this, but I now have an ideal apocalypse scenario, and it's definitely what happens in The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals. It's socially acceptable to burst into song? Yes please. People join in as your back up? It'll be like theatre camp all over! They'll rewire my brain so I can dance and thus finally be a triple threat? Where the hell do I sign up!
I feel like the clip for what do you want paul could work pretty well for most of the songs, the first one i thought of was inevitable. I also like the parallel between cup of roasted/poisioned coffee and the golden rule.
Every time one of Jeff's characters was represented by another one of Jeff's characters I lost it laughing, no one does crazy like Jeff Blim what a guy
w i t h w h e e l s t h a t a r e
c i r c l e s
well, joe does partialy, but while with him it is also endearing, jeff just is hella disturbing . . . realy harbour a hate love for that guy
"What do you want, Paul" "at least he's not singing" KILLED ME. I rewatched Twisted right after I saw TGWDLM
I love how Jeff was basically every one of his characters
And Lauren
well maybe ist should make you worried instead . . . . what a brillant creep
i love how some of the characters are the actual actor of the character bc most of them played such a diverse type of characters
Jaime, Joey and Lauren especially had played so many different characters, which was of great help to me. Pixelated Penguin wow thats cool, im happy to hear that you put a lot of thought into this video, and i can safely say it turned out amazing🤩
Right? Like at 8:04 they are actually the right actors
half of her Sams were Jeff and it killed me
I read this comment during the starship clip in the beginning and I thought "yeah, this pretty much describes the beanies scene accurately" and then realized that taz and emma are both played by Lauren-
"the implications" i died
@SerenGirl Oh GOD, I didn't THINK ABOUT IT!
I get chills Everytime I hear chorn
Me too.
@@pixelatedpenguin1021 and that with a character played by Jeff

I lost it at
*Greg and Steve and Stu and Mark and Leighton and Chad
SAME
ME TOO I WASN'T EXPECTING IT AND I LOST MY SHIT
Lol yeah I was wondering why they would put that song for showstopping number but then that happened and i lost it 😂
after that i was expecting *on the football field, at "on the trail" but then it didn't come
Did anyone else get the guy who didn’t like musicals recommended to them, watched it, fell in love with it and the cast, and is now watching anything starkid related??
This happened to me last week. Then my life went somewhere after. Not downhill, just somewhere.
That’s how I started watching Starkid (two weeks after TGWDLM came out it got recommended to me) and it’s scary how fast I got engulfed
Yesyesyeyssueuss
Yes! It didn't stopped appearing at the first in my recommendations, so I gave in, now I'm in love
I got into it because Instagram kept shoving the same tumblr textpost down my feed so I just watched it. Now, alas, I'm stuck in the fandom
I CANT BELIEVE YOU PUT "LET IT OUT" TO MOUTH-FACE DYING OF DYSENTERY IM SCREAMING
it's perfect
That was Mouthface
Mary Mashburn lol thanks.
We've now come full circle.
I audibly wheezed in laughter the minute the "Show Stoppin' Number" part hit and they all began to sing.
I DIE EVERY TIME THE ACTORS ARE THE SAME AS THE ACTORS IN TGWDLM THIS IS B R I L L I A N T
Actually at Show Stoppin Number, Jemilla is only Emma and the tribe is Ted. He loved Working Boys
Didn't we all?
I imagine that part being before he pitched Workin' Boys, where Ted just wanted to avoid death. But yeah, Ted was rocking hard during Workin' Boys, we was so on board.
@@pixelatedpenguin1021 As soon as Hidgens took off the jacket, Ted started to get into it.
E. Keough Ted is bi confirmed
Wait, do they make a crack at Americans in every one of their musicals? I love that.
D C I’m a year late but you should watch Black Friday
Not at americans but generally at how fucked up america as a whole is, it's so fun
Gasp! You used a Tin Can Brothers clip in a Starkid compilation
In other news, the person who played Chorn had such an incredible voice it is so smooth and enchanting
Damn I Miss Joe Walker
I love this it’s surprisingly accurate good job
Everyone’s talking about “*greg and stu and mark and leighton and chad” and “*the implications” but for some reason the thing that killed me in this video was “*also charlotte”
I'm just preemptively hoping "My skin is melting" is on here as Emma's desired obituary
"How do you all know this dance?" had me laughing
I really miss a more familiar sound, Greg and Steve and Stu and Mark and Leighton and Chad
if paul actually said "how do you guys all know this dance" i think i would lose my shit
imagine only finding starkid through the guy who didn't like musicals and then seeing.... all of this
okay i love this anyway but the fact that you used clips from spies are forever makes me so happy
@Annabelle Rhoda eyyyyy i have that one as my insta
It's STARKID-CEPTION
This is the best TGWDLM meme yet
11:08
Why is this so accurate?
GinnyGingers IKR I LOVED IT
Voldemort as “the implications” got me lolol
I miss Joe walker and Brian :(
Khadiisam 46 what happened to them?
@@sagastro they just weren't part of the most recent starkid musical, he referres to that
I can imagine how strange this is out of context
I literally said at the start "I hope they use 'Nazis Are Not So Bad' for the ending"
Thanks for coming through 😂
Its scary how perfect this is... when the actors match up xD
This format works so well every video from the Starkid fandom beats the last one I watched

I love how charlotte and sam is still jamie and jeff in the second one 😂
The implication killed me
I expected too much of this to be:
"It's not like he's singing or anything!
Look at that palace of goold~♪"
we finally found it kids: the best tgwdlm video ever made
Cletus Jones and Mouth Face also being Bill and Deb hurts my sOUL
I’m telling you, CHORN sent meteor!
Making Alexa a person is absolutely beautiful!!
JOE WALKER AS THE IMPLICATIONS WOWOW. You are amazing and I love you
7:52 is sooo accurate!! It’s even the same actors!!
paul's head on jemilla's body in the thumbnail made me spit out my water
I LOST IT AT, GET INTO MY MOUTH LMAOOO
i’m never gonna get the connection between you gotta go and let it out out of my head
LA DEE DAH DAH DAY AND BEAUTY ARE SO SIMILAR IN LA DEE DA DA DAYS CONTEXT OMG

The Lah de dah de dah one with the work song was amazing omh
I appreciate your use of Spies are Forever- this video is too accurate lmaoo
I think my favorite thing about this is that half of these are the actors that were actually the ones who played the name in GWDLM and it goes to show how they pick who plays what roles
God I love Starkid and the starkid fandom xDD
*bows down* this is amazing.
I could not stop laughing at the one with Green Peace Girl and Paul (HMB)! I died! 🤣🤣🤣
Dance again with let it out is PERFECT
8:11 it really is bill and dev
I know this is late but Jasmine saying "It's not like he's singing or anything" could have been Emma in Inevitable
this is a piece of art
"The Implications" and "Alexa"
there shall only be one pixelated penguin…… A.K.A. me
Man, the implications one was brilliant!
I cannot believe how accurate the chorn song is out of context to the hive...

I absolutely love how niche this is!
THE IMPLICATIONS IM DEAD SKSKAKSLAK
I came in with mediocre expectations. I finished laughing out loud. Great video and great editing!
the choir class one GOT ME
5:33 is actually perfect.
Headcanon: All starkid shows are just the citizens of hatchetfield being forced to perform musical after musical at the starlight theatre
I'm not emotionally prepared for this video
11:31 OMG THIS IS HILLARIOUS, I LAUGHED TROUGH THE WHOLE MEME
Now I need one of these kinds of videos for every single show
Cheater!! You used a TCB show!!
Jk, this video is scarily accurate and absolutely amazing
This is genuinely brilliant oh my lord
*oh my duck
Brilliant. Thank you for this.
Spies are forever is TECHNICALLY not Starkid... although it's a lot of their members... but I'm just nitpicking! Great job!
8:58 We all thought of this when the army showed up right?
1:04 Up: U-uh,, do you like film-
I DIDN'T THINK ABOUT THE IMPLICATIONS OF WATCHING THIS VIDEO!
But Siriusly, these line up so well.
the fact that a lot of these are the same actors....
This is so specific and I love it 😂
I love "the meteor"
la de dah dah day got me so hard 😂
Hihihi, duck is lord has actualy realy the same mindsetting as Henry ^^
I feel like the clip for what do you want paul could work pretty well for most of the songs, the first one i thought of was inevitable. I also like the parallel between cup of roasted/poisioned coffee and the golden rule.
this is beautiful
This is super funny but I think you should consider the implications it has of Bill being into Alice
thank God for people like you who make videos like this. We're a small community but these videos mean so much joy😂❤
Jeff can only be replaced by jeff
Omg chorn sent the meteor
THE THUMBNAIL IT'S TOO GOOD ZJAKDJS
This is so good
