Everyone's body is different but people don't understand, they will be after you ki itna sab karke bhi aisa nahi ho raha ya wesa nahi ho raha. My suggestion would be to chase lifestyle changes and to build sustainable system for this. Like consistency in workout, protein and water intake, to have sound sleep etc.

One thing ur starting very good but remember 1 things do not go extreme of anything diet kiya to kuch nahi khaya ya chod diya to binge kiya don't do like dat datsy u always gain weight if u have lost then stick to dat nxt time if ur starting den it ll not be big issue to lose weight ..sab khao magar limit me ( not junk😂) Im maintaining my weight since 2020
