Information provided by good in brief , purposefor creating such colony is still out of range of poor people's , roughly estimates cost of such plot is 50lacplus 50lac construction it is out of range for me also being govt retd aim is not achieved as fixed rate should be slight more than unauthorized colony still people's are attracting toward s unauthorized colony problem of both govt and people's can't solve beauty of town will disappear secondly such project should set up in prime location also thirdly govt should operation avoid the monopoly of builder also
