- Halloween Haunt at Canada’s Wonderland was the worst experience of any theme park I’ve ever been to. I reviewed them on Google and Tripadvisor live cause I was so mad. No drinks, no food and barely and scares. Just an actual nightmare all round. Wonderland sucks.

Canada's Wonderland Halloween Haunt 2022 Review
In the 2 and a half years subscribing to your channel, that horrific experience at the amusement park speaks volumes. This maybe in comparison to those Disney theme parks where a bald guy with rich man's disease jacked up their prices.

They had no employees yet they fired my husband because he had a beard. You can’t work there if you have too much facial hair. He was there to sweep up trash but apparently his beard would ruin their image! Such a joke all around!!
That is such a stupid reason to fire someone. I could see if it was dirty and he looked homeless but as long as he was doing upkeep on the beard who cares. Having a beard doesn't stop you from doing your job.

@@lisawalen7541 agreed! It’s a well groomed beard…I have to say. I also said the same thing to him when he came home and told me! I would get it if he was disgusting or even if he was a food vendor and they asked for it to be a certain length or had to be covered but nope. To sweep the grounds you have to be clean shaven.

Plus it was after he went through training, they took a photo employee ID of him and let him work his entire first shift then said “oh by the way it’s in our policy that your beard is too long so by your next shift it needs to be cut right down.” For a minimum wage job! I asked if there was anything else they wanted to discriminate against…like should he shed a few pounds, get rid of some tattoos…anything else they need done to maintain the image at the park lol?

I’ve only done Six Flags Great Adventures Fright Fest and this year sucked it used to be so good almost Busch Gardens level the scare actors were so boring and they were barely any around the park and I’m not someone to pay for mazes

I haven’t been here but this is sad
I haven’t been to a park where I had this kind of experience I only go on rides I don’t really focus on the other stuff like I did when I was young
I think the park on a regular day would probably be ok. To charge an insane amount for a special attraction and then just completely fumble it all round is insanely disappointing. I hope they figure it out.
