I've read all of Cells at Work and really enjoyed the anime. It is a fun read since it goes into some detail about how the body works. Though, if you do decided to keep collecting it I would wait until I believe November when the first Omnibus for Cells at Work drops with volumes 1-3 in it.
My volume 4 of Tokyo Aliens was also really stiff and it was also wavy as if it had been water damage even though it wasn’t, must have been from a tight binding or something. It was printed in Canada. With your series being the same it makes me really scared to keep picking up titles from Square Enix. 😬
@@TheMangaSloth Let hope it’s not a continuing problem, I have a lot of upcoming titles from them that I want… I really don’t get why it’s so hard for publisher to specify paper quality or weight to the printers when they order. Since 7seas have the same problem. But my Viz volumes from Canada are the same as the ones from the USA.
I started watching this show it’s called “dororo” and it is SO good, it’s sad but it’s also really happy. He’s born with a curse, no bone or skin, he was abanded but then saved by a prosthetic doctor. But yeah you should watch it (or read it)

You’re not the only person confused by JJK, I dropped it because it made me feel like a dumb dumb idiot trying to read it weekly lol. It’s kind of surprising to me that you’ve never read Dorohedoro or Vagabond, they’re both fantastic series that you’ll probably like (hopefully)

Went out to timemaster the other day and picked up volume's 59 to 63 of one piece and jojo's bizarre adventure part 1 volume's 1&2 . And im ordering volume's 8&9 of uzaki-chan wants to hang out, volume 8 of bluelock, volume 3 of oshi no ko on the 16th .

I know sloths are supposed to be lazy but where do you find the time in your life to read all these books in combination with work and other daily tasks etc.? Love your videos, energy and humor man.
Well first I appreciate the comment! My wife reads also so I am not reading every single thing lol I couldn't do that. I try to read 1 a day before bed to get my eyes off of screens. But sometimes I read more and sometimes I read none haha. Just finding a little time to read them becomes easier when you are excited about a series. Helps you find out what is mehhhhhh real fast.
@@TheMangaSloth Thank you for the response Mr. Sloth! I try to do the same as well as read as much as possible during my meals at home. Reading through my manga is also way faster than through my comics and graphic novels, a big omnibus can take me forever. A Berserk deluxe edition only takes me two days of reading with my meals. Do you prefer omnibus or single volumes?
Single for sure. BUT if there are special editions like FMAS, Deluxe, or anything bigger that way then them for sure. But some omnis are alright.

The Apothecary Diaries is really good and will soon have an anime out. If you liked CSM I recommend Look Back and Goodbye Eri from the same mangaka.
