Any time .. If you have any question let us know, You will get an experienced mentorship who has done many deals in your are/MLS .. I was with KW great company ..but eXp better training from top realtor (experience agent doing 20 million to 100s of million) for FREE .. , Technology :complete CRM for lead capture, transaction system (beginning to close) * that value alone is 11k .. if you had to pay out of pocket .. and lastly .. Revenue share from the top - Hope this helps.
I started less than a year ago. Had mentor for first 3 deals. So many options. Just be you. Be authentic and find your daily tribe within the big tribe. It is truly fantastic and deliver on all promises. Now I have many mentors and would help any of them anytime. If you have a servants heart and truly want to change your lives and change others while building equity and sustainability.. Find a sponsor and make the move here after your due diligence. You will be grateful you did.

How does someone get more information? EXP realty available in NY in a small area. Broome County,:Binghamton Vestal Johnson city and Endwell NY. ExP work in small towns,? I will be getting my license, when I take the exam, need to have a broker in order to apply, how does EXP work in this situation?

Absolutly Richie, with the right support you can go anywhere. Support is the most important. So when deciding look for someone that will support you from the very beginning

agree with those below. I've been in real estate since the crash and haven't been as excited and supported as I have been these past months with EXP. I believe its an exceptional model and our network is very supportive and accountable to one another. Just like real estate is local; the people you surround yourself with make a huge difference. I would make certain you are confident in the person who sponsors you so you feel supported as there is a lot to learn when becoming a real estate agent.
