iPhone LED flash for alerts not working even though LED flash alert is on.
If the flashlight of the iPhone does not work for alerts or for incoming calls then what you do is open the Notification center. Then turn on the flashlight and you have to check if the flashlight will glow or not. If the flashlight glows that means there is no problem with the flashlight. So the next step that you will do is you will restart your iPhone. Sometimes restarting the iPhone fixes many of the minor issues. Also what you do is open the Notification center and make sure that this Do not disturb mode is not activated. If it is activated like this one tap on it and then switch off do not disturb mode. Now the last thing that you can do is remove the phone case that you are using for the iPhone. If the phone case is a magnetic phone case then it might interfere with the flashlight of the iPhone. So remove the phone case and check if this works or not.

Mine is not working for text messages unless I remove my Apple watch. Then it works. If someone has an Apple watch on his or her wrist, it won't work for text messages, it will only work for incoming phone calls, which is useless because for phone calls there is already a loud enough vibration. For text messages, there is a notification with vibration on the watch, but it's often not noticeable if I am doing something manually and moving around, I won't notice it. The LED flash on the phone is very noticeable. I wish it would be working when I wear my watch, but it's useless then.
