@Zomz Cheezy It's just a clip wich shows maps, colors and some years, if one judges only by this, it means that he doesnt have education. Romania had a king, Charles the 1st, he allied with russian Tsar, he started investing in infrastructure, building railroads and fortresses, preparing the country for independence long before war, russians also were allowed to build railroads along the Danube. During Russo-Turkish war Romania did participated an spilled blood on bulgarian soil helping russians and bulgarians. There's even one particular incident wich shows that romanian army didnt played a small role in that war, when russian army was sorrounded by turks facingannihilation the russian command sent a fast telegram to romanian military high command to intervene and help them. Later the soviets when they come in Romania they tried to find the telegram and destroy it but they couldnt. :)))
And offcourse they "poured" in Romania, it was the first ottoman province on their border, DOOOH.

Cuz of 5 centuries of occupation , slavery , kids being taken away and systematic destruction of cultures . That's why revolts were happening .
In 19th century French wanted to convert orthodox into catholic churches while Russia wanted to regain Constantinople and preserve orthodoxy in the Balkans which led to Crimean war that Russia lost , but thanks to them it's (Balkans) still orthodox .
I know that Rome (which robbed Jerusalem and Constantinople) and turks are eager to co-op against orthodox , but as we know that orthodox peoples caused genocidal empires (Prussia , Austro-Hungaria , Ottoman etc.) to colapse , that's one huge mistake ...

The uprising in wallachia in 1821 was part of the greek war of independence ; it was organized by the "friendly company" (filike etaireia) and its goal was to kickstart the revolution (being in contact with the revolutionaries in the peloponnese) . Its leader was Alexandros Ypsilantes , a greek national , who in cooperation with the local (greek and non-greek) population and Greek volunteer troops from western Europe , declared independence from the ottomans . They numbered in the tens of thousands , half of them were greeks and everyone fought for a common cause . However , many locals decided to abandon the campaign since the russians refused to take part in the war and the ottomans threatened to retaliate against the civilians if the regiment wasn't disbanded . Adding to that , Vladimireskou was found a traitor and was executed by the "friendly company" (filike etaireia).

It should have included Crete too, the Cretan are Greek too and their heroic revolts played a big role and are a part of balkan history
Overall when it comes to Greek history you didn't mention
the Orlov revolt ( a major event for the balkan history overall, along with it's aftermath )
the Cretan revolution 1841 ( it was the third one for Crete, first one was part of the Orlov revolt and the second one was a part of the war of independence )
the Greek Macedonian revolt of 1854 (altho you did mention the Epirus revolt that happent the same year)
    the Cretan revolt of 1858
the Cretan revolt of 1866-1869 (major event)
the Greem Macedonia revolt of 1867
    the Cretan revolt of 1878
the Greek macedonian revolt of 1878 ( you did mention the Epirus revolt of the same year and we can see the Greek Macedonian areas on the map, but no mention of Cretan revolt )
No mention of the Thessalian revolt and the battle of Mouzaki that included Greek army troops
No mention of the Cretan revolts of 1885 and 1888
No mention of the Cretan and Greek Macedonian of 1895 and 1896 that led to the 1897 Greco - turkish war
    No mention of the Macedonian Struggle ( 1904 - 1908+ )
As you can see Crete played a huge role in the balkans
ps Small detail the Dodecanese should have turned into Italian collors after 1911 .
ps 2 Theriso revolt was not against ottomans that's why i didn't mention it .

There was very obviously a willing to be "nice" with the Turks and undo the Russian-Serbian-Bulgarian-Romanian victory, and it happens that the Russians were (...) enough to accept it. It's a very big lesson of history, and shows how much Turkey owes to the islamophilic western world for still occupying Anatolia.

It was independent because the Ottomans wanted a buffer zone between the Adriatic and the Empire. If the Ottomans really wanted they would've crushed Montenegro out of existence, like pretty much every other country in Europe (except for Russia and Great Britain). And also: Montenegro had to pay a huge tribute every year to the Ottomans until the 18th century to not get invaded.

It angered the Sultan so much that he had to get soldiers from Algeria, Tunesia and Morocco because they were known not to run away. Even so they were unsuccesfull. I think they gave up because they were loosing too many men just to capture couple of mountains and to conquer couple of tribes. Montenegro was like Avghanistan for them, eventualy achieving nothing they gave up and left.

@@dinaridwolf9894 Bosnia is as mountainous as Montenegro, but it's even worse; it was larger. There's even a "flat" area next to the sea (Herceg Novi for example), so why would they conquer Bosnia but not Montenegro? Trust me, like I said, if the Ottomans really wanted to conquer Montenegro (and even other important coastal cities like Dubrovnik/Ragusa), they could have. They conquered Constantinople that had so many walls, they conquered cities like Baghdad that had so many soldiers protecting it, they conquered the Mamluks in 1 year, and you really think that Montenegro wouldn't have been crushed if they sent a full army? Brate, even though I'm Muslim (a Bosniak) I also didn't really want the Ottomans here in the Balkans, so don't think I'm supporting them. It's just facts.

Actually, the rest Balkan Nations formed the Balkan League and Greece was not invited because they didn't want more competitors over Macedonia, Epirus, Thrace, and Illyria.
Greece's PM Venizelos realized that the Balkan map is going to change so he made an offer to Bulgaria >. Indeed the Greek Fleet defeated the Ottoman Fleet in 2 Naval Battles and liberated the Aegean Archipelagos isolating the Ottomans to Anatolia.
PM Venizelos is Honoured until today as a Great Visionary Political Leader whose's Leadership doubled the country.

Can you all be honest? Bulgarians holded and pushed the eastern front till Tsarigrad, so we were stupid to help our misarble allies, but still lost very little from our army, which by the time was approximately 570k~610k

dude, what are you even talking about? its a huge problem for the future of Balkans they teach yous such stupidities in your schools - Bulgarian army was the poorest performing. here is a clue for you: Serbian armed forces consisted of 2.5 armies and once we liberated our sector and eastern vardarska Macedonia too - which was your duty, we sent you a whole army - 40% of entire forces, to help you liberating Hadrianopolis. 15 000 serbs died there and finished off the job for you. why did you need them when you were doing so fine? actually you were stopped at Edirne and couldn't do a thing about that city.

@@themitri5643 No clue, about the heroic event at Одрин (Edirne), right? Again, we were pushing the east front for the sake of revenge and YOU ALL didn't even need volunteer amries. After you fightet, you went throughowt hundreds of deserted by ottomans lands, just to occupy like plagiarists our core land, but no we weren't greedy. History is learned in not so or not at all pure form, however why you attacked us after we united? Why we Bulgarians and Serbs (and even other slavs) need to balkanize everything, when we should be brothers, indeed

Even as a romanian, I think it's sad what happened to Bulgaria in 1913 but you did it to yourselves, even after numerous warnings you still went ahead and started the war. If the Second balkan war didn't happen, today Turkey would not have lands in Europe.
