Still had the editing bug for Darktide so here is yet again another episode of our escapades in Hive Tertium! On top of that Nurgle’s curse struck again and gave poor Quail covid while he was drawing Bjorn for the thumbnail, so he’s my hero for somehow still getting it done in time for this video. You know Jay's a real fan of 40k when he just casually drops the name of Ibram Gaunt's power sword.

@@thelegittaco974 Gaunt's Ghosts is basically THE Guard book series. Besides the main series, starting with First and Only, the whole Sabbat Worlds Crusade has a bunch of good novels. Favorites include Double Eagle, Titanicus, and the Urdesh books.

Fun Fact! In the lore, Beasts of Nurgle are essentially gigantic Daemon puppies, and love to play and make new friends! Sadly, they also love to give "Loving licks" to said friends, and for most creatures a Beast of Nurgle encounters, being licked by a literal Daemon of Nurgle quickly reduces them to sludge.
As such, is *IS* trying to be friendly!
right, they also get very resentful because no one want to play with them
and then they morph into giant fly things that want to kill everything that didn't play with them before :)

@@masterzoroark6664 Rot flies, they then often become mounts for plague bearers and tent to eat the heads off rotting corpse to use like blight grenades, also if someone killed the beast of nurgle and it molts into a rot fly, it will hunt them down and swallow them whole, alive and screaming as they are then digested for a agonising long period of time

Did you know the beasts of nurgle are like giant deadly puppies. And when they're put on the battlefield they are trying to play but they don't know how deadly they are, so they kill the people but think that they just don't want to play anymore. So the beast will crawl into a swamp to die. Which they sometimes turn into demon flies.

P.S. Gaunt would never have let things get this bad, and Mkoll could prolly solo the assassination missions with like 4 kills including the dude, his best mate and two guys guarding the data interrogation point. The imperium suffers for their absence.

The best part of these Darktide videos is how much fun the gang is clearly having. Through all the blood, and demons, and chainsaws, it's very wholesome.

The transition with the bolter reload animation is actually kind of cool in my mind. It honestly makes me think that Jay's character, John-Killmor has a secret technique of his own Warp ability each time he slams his bolter.
