In rest pare super ok.
Bricked in a blink of an eye. Tried bauefeng data cable.
I used some cable from Retevis. Same thing though. Make sure the cable has a good contact ( try keeping it pressed )... and make sure any other software that is running besides the one you use to do the update is closed. It seems that at least in my case it didn't like any other software running. As soon as I turned those off... it updated in no time. Try a few more times and if still doesn't work... restart the computer and try again. Not sure why it does this as with the TD-H8 I had no issues at all. I hope it helps and you manage to do the update. If not... let Tidradio know. 73, YO6DXE
Just reboot your PC and try again, it helps me to repair after bricking
@DmitryGoryaynov Thanks Dimitry... it didn't worked for me, but I was using the screen recording software to record for the video. As soon as I shut down that one, it worked with no issues at all. I tried a few more times after filming for the video... same thing, it works ok. I see some people still have issues though. 73, YO6DXE
worked thanks
Excellent 👏. 73, YO6DXE
Wireless copy is neet
Ohhhh I really love that feature as well 😁😁😁. Piece of cake to replicate a radio already programed. 73, YO6DXE
Chinese spyware ;)
Hahaha. Turns out to be a good one as I love it haha. I don't worry about this.. the phones do it every day to all of us... not sure what is the direction this world is taking... but definitely not the good direction. 73 buddy, YO6DXE.
Because its crap
I like it. And with the firmware they are working on at the moment... it will be even better. Can't compare it with an Yaesu I am sure about it... but I can't compare the price of an Yaesu with a Tidradio either. It's not the perfect transceiver I am sure about that... but I like it and so far it works fantastic. When it comes to firmware updates... I don't really bother on that part to be honest. If the radio works and it doesn't what I want it to do... I never update the firmware. I am more into analog stuff anyway 😁. 73, YO6DXE
Take this video down or change the heading because it's not the latest update
Have you seen the publised date of the video ? I can't just take videos down and make new ones every time they release a new update. I do not work for Tidradio. 😄 73, YO6DXE
Lets talk via satellite 73 KF#BRQ
I have to make a video next week on a transceiver so maybe we can setup something and try a sat QSO 😄😄. 73, YO6DXE
@@dxexplorer Bro that'd be so cool I've been looking at the sstv from the Iss this week And just realizing there's soooo many satellites. 73 KF#BRQ
The 245MHz CB band is only legal in Thailand and Bangladesh. I don't know if the radio allows you to tune on that frequency as I did not try. But if it does work, feel it will be receive only that is for sure. I have the HAM version installed so maybe that is why I cannot tune on that frequency. Maybe it works on the unlocked version. But for sure it would be RX only. 73, YO6DXE
