I bought Catan in 1995 in Germany when this game was the hottest and craziest shit. My sister did not like it as we had played it once with a couple who were trading only with each other and made proceeding in the game difficult. It became a challenge for me and frustrating for my sister.
Now, currently the base game is 22 Euro, but the GoT version is like 80 Euro and the expansion is between 40-50 Euro... Adding a shitty IP quadrupling the prize? 1/10 Got base game and 1/10 for the expansion.

price is steep but if youre a GOT fan it is well worth it. I price matched mine at target for around $60 USD adds more dynamic to the game! forces you to work together.

@@jessevallejo4376 i would consider myself a GoT fan as I started reading the novels in 1998, but stopped when cash grabbing grandpa GRRM decided to sell out and shit on his fans and not publish the books until he got milked that cow to death...
I love his story telling and writing talents, ASOIAF is a great story, although lacking at some points, but which story doesn't... Still, I would not pay that prcie blindly, wihtout having played the GoT version. With that amount of money, it would be the standard base game and 2-3 expansions... Does the GoT version add taht much? If so, a good deal, if not? Cash grab...
